"Ken did you even hear what I just said?" Vanessa asked frustrated the tone of her voice going higher than It was. She took In a deep breath and exhaled trying to keep her body calm. Her mind was still racing she was really confused.

"Kenneth, his grandmother wants to get the both of us married and I'm sure that once she gets to see the tiniest hint or just a glimpse of willingness That's enough hope for her"

"She'd get us-"

"Ken It's-"

"Keep calm Vanessa". "Inhale and then exhale"

"Breath In" Ken took In a long breath. Vanessa also did just as Ken.

"Breath out" He let out the breath he held and she did also.

He looked down at her but she didn't notice. Her eyes were tightly shut as she focused solely on the breathing exercise. It helped a bit In relieving her of the stress I guess.

"Let's try again" We both again Inhaled and exhaled three more times.

Vanessa looked a little bit relieved after the exercise.

"Can we talk now?" Ken asked her.

"Uh-huh. Sure, we can". She wiped the tear that was on her left chick.

"Vanessa... I'm not sure if you'd get my point on"

"I don't think you will like my opinion on this matter but you know, we'll have to think professionally about this"

"We just can't-"

"Ken just say It" She looked up at him and seeing the tears forming In her eyes he knew that she had the Idea on what he had to say but she secretly hoped her Idea wasn't true.

"Just agree to It" Vanessa couldn't hold back her tears anymore.

"I'd come get you on the day set for the wedding. All this would be Is a distraction for us to work with".

"His Grandma would definitely want him Indulged In every tiny detail and planning of his wedding and we could get our evidence ".

"Van, I promise to get you out of there okay"

"Promise me you'll get me out of there"

"I promise Van" Ken pulled Vanessa In for an embrace. He wrapped his arms around her and she wrapped her arms around his waist.

"You're sacrificing more than enough for me Van, So you're my responsibility. I promise I'd get you out of there".

The reason for my existance no longer existed and the only person to give me any valid explanation about the event surrounding that night just disappeared.

The morning before the Incident.

'You sure got here much earlier today Mr. Rusello

She teased smiling. April was a very cheerful and beautiful girl. She was another choice of my grandma for my marriage but too bad, I wasn't Interested this time again.

'You seem alot happier than usual Miss- '

'That sounds way better for a fiancé'

'Hop In' I walked towards the drivers door but she stood before me.

'I'll driving today'

' Ai-yay captain'. I walked to the other side of the car, opened the door and got In without saying another word.

' So were are we going today?

Sight seeing again? ' I asked her

' No... not again. I actually am taking you to your surprise after we go for our last ride' I looked at her In a questionable manner and she just nodded and smiled.

'Before I go back to the States I wanna take you for a ride' She looked at me and then back to the road. Her lips held In a straight line. She was definitely thinking twice on having to tell or ask me something. I wasn't even sure of If I'd give a positive response.

I mean I get why she had second thoughts.

'April go on and say what It Is"

'Can I dine with you one last time?'.

'I mean the whole family. Grandma and everyone present'.

I was seated onthe chair behind my desk In my Study. I had made a decision and I was sure about It.

I was going to tell her about my decision and live everything up to her.

At this time of the day, If she wasn't Reading In the living room or her Bedroom, the only place she'd be In the garden.I got up from my chair and walked out of the study. I went out to the garden where I was sure Grandma would be since she wasn't In the living room or her Bedroom either She was definitely watering the plants just as she always do.

She was there. Just as always she had her apron on and the gloves on her hand had mud on them. She must added more plants around to satisfy her love for seeing beautiful flowers where she lives.

She turned around to get something from her other things on the ground when she noticed my presence.

"T do you need something?"

"Is something wrong?"

"I see you've gone planting again" I said gesturing towards the new plants In the tiny pots on the floor.

"I just saw them and I really felt that they'll look good.'

"They would make the garden even more beautiful".

"Grandma, I came here to tell you something" she looked up In my direction.

"I'm ready to get married to Vanessa".
