Embarrassing Act

“Ah! My stomach aches again. Amon, don’t order something that can fill the three of us entirely if you plan to eat other food. This is what happened last time remember?” Marcus said as Abel vomits on the side of the road.

VOMIT! VOMIT! VOMIT! VOMIT!

               “But I can’t help it! The food is good that I forgot to visit the other stores.” Amon said as he rubs his stomach. The three of them ate a whole banquet of food and filled themselves to the brim after coming out of the academy. Amon and Abel were the first one to come home from the academy and a while later Marcus followed behind after not seeing then in their room.

               “Big brother, if our residence here is that huge then why don’t we bring Ra here? He is part of our team and it would be great if we can train altogether than being separated like this.” Amon suggested as they walk inside the gates of their residence. “Well, we just can’t. Dragons are monsters in the eyes of other people and an extremely dangerous creature for those who knows it by name and nature. If people see a dragon walking the street then we are going to disturb and affect a lot of businesses and they will start to sue us for that.” Marcus responded as he opens the door.

               “Hey Abel, you okay?” Marcus pat Abel back as he continues to look terrible. “I’m never eating that much again-!” after saying what he wanted to say, Abel immediately sprinted straight to the bathroom and threw up. [This is what I was trying to say. Excessive eating is not good for the health. We might die in over eating in this rate if we don’t stop Amon from ordering anything he wants.] he thought to himself as he stares at the bathroom.

After taking a few hours of rest. The three proceeded to train their body like they used to in Mark’s residence but seeing that they no longer see any improvement in their training, they stopped. “I guess we all reached a wall. I even absorbed all the mana from the dragon monarch’s core that I don’t feel different at all. I think we need to train our minds now, I can order some books that contains a lot of information. With the head merchant’s help we can get hold of other useful books that would be informative.” Marcus suggested as he puts on his clothes which the two immediately agreed. “Yup, that would be a great idea since the library at the academy did not allow us to enter earlier. That way we can learn what we have not here at home than being there at the library.” Amon said as Marcus immediately grabs his arm.

               “What? The guards did not allow you to go inside?” Marcus asked with a concerned expression as the other two nods their head. “That’s not good. There is no way that the guards would do that unless there is a proper explanation or a maybe they are closing off the library for a certain people.” Marcus thought of the things that would give the proper explanation for the guards’ behavior and then he remembered about rumors from his class about the royal highnesses attending the academy. “It looks like they are the reason.” Marcus muttered and left Amon and Abel clueless. “They?” Amon mutters out of interest. “The people we saved from the hunting grounds two years ago. The prince and the princess. I heard from the rumors that they attended the academy and that must be the reason for the guards to act that way.” Amon and Abel’s expression shifted after hearing Marcus’ explanation.

               “I also heard that they are on leagues of their own. It has become apparent that they have become stronger the last time we met.” Marcus added as Amon’s expression brightened with a smile in his face. “You must be eager to ask the prince for a duel but I advice you to stop that urge and refuse if the prince ever request you for a duel. Whatever the result may be, it will not end well for us. If the prince is defeated then the royal family will do whatever they can to regain their honor in whatever means possible.” Seeing the effects if Amon ever defeats the prince in a duel, he follows what his big brother told him and nods his head.

               “Yes, big brother.” Abel turns to look at Amon who knows the consequences of the result of the duel if ever something happens. [The young master’s mission for coming here is to learn how the enemy thinks and deal with them in the future. With this much things on the line. The young master knows that to himself that his actions from now on will jeopardize the things that master Mark and his father is going to do. I just hope that nothing bad happens so that the young master can successfully carry out the mission and they sent me so that the young master can carry out the mission perfectly.] Abel thought to himself as they all left the training grounds.

               “Tomorrow I will send a message to the head merchant so that we can get as many books as possible and might as well turn a room into a library. There are more rooms than we can use anyways.” Marcus said as one of the maids entered the room with a flustered expression and gives them a tray of beverages to cool them down and immediately got out of the room and wait outside. Amon and Abel was surprised of the maid’s behavior and are unaware of the reason but Marcus has the complete picture of what the reason is. [Well, these two are handsome as hell so it’s natural for the opposite gender to be drawn into them but the maid knows the line between them regarding their status and this two are completely oblivious about what is going on around them. Even my classmates are pestering me into introducing them to these two after learning that I am with them.]

               Thinking about the situation is making his head hurt knowing that the two are not really interested in such things but if he doesn’t do anything about his problem then they wont stop and might resort into forcedly entering their house without permission since one of his classmates saw him enter the residence earlier. [This is just outrageous. Why are girls like this? What a headache.] he buried his face under his palms and sigh. The two sees this and ask if there is something wrong but he told them there was none.

               Amon takes the tray out of the room and hands it to the maid who is waiting anxiously outside and is surprised. “Thanks for the drinks.” He said with a smile as Marcus sees the maid turning beet red and seemed to be overloaded and shut down. [I really have to tell them about this otherwise they are going to make a scene everywhere they go and turns the whole town’s girls into their admirers.] Marcus grabbed the two to their room as the butler sees the maid and shakes her off only to find her downed in ecstasy and called for another maid to help him with her.

               “Listen both of you well, you need to learn how to act in front of others carefully.” Amon and Abel looks at him with a completely clueless expression as Marcus points out their flaw. “Yup, this is the reason. Do you know why the maid acted that way?” the two shook their head to his question. “She acted like that because you both look handsome and she got attracted to you. To be honest, my classmates at the academy wants me to introduce them to you two. So as training I want you both to meet them and try to act to make the ladies hate you. I don’t know what you do or say but do everything you can to make them hate you. That is the first step for you both to act properly and don’t attract the girls all around.” Marcus told them.

               Amon and Abel knows the weigh of their problem and agreed to Marcus’ plan.

               The next day, the day where Marcus told them that he is going to tell his classmates to meet them. Amon and Abel became really nervous about meeting people that they don’t really know what to do but first they need to overcome an obstacle. “Do you know that we are looking all over for you both from the last two days?” Prince Japenth said to Amon who is dumbfounded that they are already found. [As expected of the royal family’s connections.] Abel whispered to Amon’s head and suggested for them to act like they don’t know them. “Ah- I don’t know what you are talking about.” Amon’s bad acting made the situation a little weird but the all of the sudden, princess Joanna grabbed Amon’s hand and ask if how was he. “It’s been almost two years since we met each other. I did not expect to see you again at the academy.” She said with beet red cheeks that blew away the nobles watching the scene.

               [I think I am slowly getting to understand what master Marcus wanted to tell us last night and the princess is displaying the signs that he told us last night. She likes the young master, a sudden and horrible turn.] Abel realized what is happening and tries to tell Amon through his thoughts but Amon continues his bad acting. “Sorry but I do not know you. You must have mistook me for someone else, I have not seen both of you in my entire life.” He said as he scratch his head.

               The prince then understood what the situation is about and told his sister to leave. “Let’s go Joanna, we must have got the wrong person.” Prince Japeth said with a smile as he winks at Amon but his sister voice her complaint. “Huh? Wrong person? There is no way that I would mistake their aura for someone else’s.” before princess Joanna could say any more, his bother dragged her away and apologize for the inconvenience. “Brother let me go-!”

               “What the hell?” everyone that saw the scene were dumbfounded especially after seeing that side of the princess. “See? I told you that the one that the princess is looking for is a threat.” The female noble whispered as the male noble bit his lip out of anger and followed behind the royal highnesses as the girl adores the beauty of Amon and Abel. [No wonder the princess likes him, he is so handsome.] she then turns back to her senses and followed behind the other’s back.

               [Thank goodness the prince is able to realize what we want to show them otherwise we are going to attract too much attention. Another problem arise young master.]  Abel whispered to Amon who stayed silent even until their entered their room. Abel has a vague idea what his young master is thinking about and decided not to say it. [Well, the young master must have realized it himself. That his acting skills are really bad.]

[To think that he hooked the royal princess into liking him as well. This guy is dangerous.] Riri thought to herself as she looks at the two sitting right in front of her. Their encounter with the royal highnesses became the talk of the academy and even sparked a debate about whether they knew each other or not. But one thing is certain, the nobles set their sights on taking the threats on to their plans down.

And then the day came to an end, Marcus heard of what happened from the rumors and thought that something happened but to his relief, Abel told him everything that happened and the only bad thing that happened is Amon’s bad acting. “That’s a relief. I thought something else happened. I know this days is bad for the both of you but I want you both to forget all about it and face a new problem.” Marcus said as he steps away and reveals his female classmates that wanted to meet the two.

And so the long afternoon for the two starts as the girls look at them with flustered expressions.
