Raina walked into her room and sighed at the sight of the second bed that was in her room. Mr McBerth and his daughter had moved in the very day she argued with her mom. She looked in disgust and was about walking fully into the room to her bed side when she noticed something on her step-sister's bed. "What is this?" She asked as she went closer to take a good look. It was her headsets. "Now what is it doing here?" She asked as she picked it up and went out to the sitting room. Her temper boiling. "What were my headsets doing on your bed?" She asked the girl who was busy making a call. "I'll call you back." She ended the call and rolled her eyes to meet those of an angry Raina. "What?" She asked. "What? What? What were my headsets doing on your bed, Ivory?" She yelled in anger and Ivory stood and walked up to Raina. She came very close and looked up to meet Raina's fuming eyes. "Those headsets were given to me by your mom." Ivory said and laughed at Raina who attempted to hit her but was stopped by her mom's voice. "Raina!" Her mom called and she turned to her mom. She walked away instantly and slammed the door close.   "I hate this life!" She swore and cursed. She walked to her bed picked a small size family photo that was just on the bed. "Hey daddy. I miss you so very much and I know you do miss me too." She smiled at the picture and not long after, she landed on her laptop.... Raina's Point Of View I took my laptop and placed it on my laps. My atmosphere was tensed and the only thing that could ease the tension that was rising in me right now was my video games. Ivory is the devil's incarnation. And her dad.....  I just don't want to talk about him. I picked my phone and sent a short message to Victory, asking if she was online. Instantly, she replied and I giggled in excitement. Sooner, we started another round of a video game but this time around, it was a racing game we just bought online.. "Get ready to be crushed." I told Victory and she hissed. "Not when we haven't crossed the finish line." Victory said and I laughed at her. I obviously was going to be the winner of the race and I couldn't wait for the moment of glory to laugh at my best friend. I was so close to victory when my screen blacked out.... "Urgh!" I groaned and turned to look around. What could have caused my screen to go off. Just when I jerked my head up, my eyes caught Ivory's and she was holding a cable... wait that was the cable to my laptop.  My laptop got faulty so it uses direct current now. I looked at Ivory with disgust even though she was looking at me with so much joy as her smile was plastered over her face.  Now that's it. "Are you crazy?" I asked and she just looked at me still with the smile on her face. "You shouldn't go crazy, girl." She said. "I just unplugged the cable to your laptop." She added. "Were you so daft that you didn't notice I was using my laptop?" I scolded already pissed off and I got down from the bed. "Playing video games huh. Remember that your mom said you_" I didn't let her finish when I landed slap on her cheek. "Give me the cable." I said in anger and she just rubbed her cheek and smiled. "No! I will never give you. For slapping me, you will have to stay for hours without playing video games." She said and made to leave but I stopped her. "You do realize I could play video games on my iPod, right?" I asked. "Yes but you and I know very well that when you start a game, you must finish it unless you get tired." I slapped her again and she stared at me with daggers. "Don't you dare lay your fingers on me again." She warned. "Not until you give me back my cable." I warned back and made attempts to take it from her but she shrugged and pushed my hands. I fought with her to collect the cable and I mistakenly pushed her to the floor. She got up and attacked me with clenched fists. I was quick enough as I grabbed her by the hair and started fighting her. She grabbed mine too and we began to fight. We kept yelling at each other till my mom came into the scene. "Raina!" She called as usual and rushed to separate us. "What has come over you?" She asked me and I totally ignored her. "Well Louise, your daughter was trying to kill me because I unplugged her video game." Ivory said and smirked afterwards. "And you don't have any rights to do that." I replied immediately in a retort. "It is mine you psycho. And you don't touch my things." I added and she stuck out her tongue to me. "Not when I have my own laptop to charge, idiot." She insulted me and mom turned to me in anger.   "Start bidding farewell to all those video games of yours because I will destroy all your gadgets and other electronic appliances." Mom said and I looked at her. "You won't do that mom." I said but she nodded. "Get out." I said softly and mom tried to hold me but I shrugged her off. "Get out! Both of you. Leave my room." I yelled at the both of them and watched my mom take Ivory out of the room. I hated my life that very instance. I picked up my iPod and resumed playing my game but I couldn't concentrate because I was all in tears. I just fought with a fool and now, my mother wanted to take away my only addiction.   "Well it was best if you were here dad." I said in the tears that battled in my eyes. "I just wish I was in the game world. I wish I was never mom's daughter." I cursed and resumed playing my game when something out of the ordinary happened.  A bright light shone from my iPod and a kind of tornado was emanating from it's screen. Before I knew what was going on, I was already floating in the air. What was happening? Where was I going to? Why was it as if my body was being absorbed by my iPod? "Help!" I manage to scream and I don't know if my voice was heard or not but I found myself in a dark space. Where was I?  Maybe calling out, someone could hear me.
