Ice POV

The next day was training day.

We woke up early.

We were currently in the living room of this dorm.

We were facing a terrifying and cold-mode Sabrina.

I frowned.

I wanted to be beside her.

But I was with the royalty who would be training today.

"Okay, royalty, today we're not going to your royalty training room. We're going to continue your training in the Crystal Moon Forest," Sabrina said cldly,

which surprised me.

"What, Sabrina? Crystal Moon Forest? But can they?" I asked her worriedly because I had experienced going to the Crystal Moon Forest and I had suffered greatly there. My powers were truly tested. How much more so for the other royalty who had never been to the Crystal Moon Forest?

Sabrina just raised an eyebrow at me and looked at me coldly.

"Of course they can. Isn't that why I brought them here? To prepare them for anything,"

Sabrina said coldly, cutting off my words. I just looked at her silently, feeling a little annoyed.

"The royalty are not weak," I said simply, looking at them angrily.

They saw it and stopped laughing.

"Tsk," Sabrina reacted and turned her back on us.

So concentrate on controlling your own runes," she said in a cold voice while facing away from all of us.

I knew what we were going to. The forest was extremely magical and powerful today because I had been there before. I prepared myself and focused on controlling my power, and so did the royalty.

Sabrina snapped her fingers, and in an instant, we were in the Crystal Moon Forest.

I remained standing because I was

no stranger to the feeling of the Crystal Moon Forest, but the royalty were sitting down because they were shocked by the gravity or the pull of the power of this forest.

"Stand up, royalty. The training is starting now. Feel the weight of the Crystal Moon Forest as if it were stones attached to you while you are training. Use all your strength, physical and emotional, and also your power," Sabrina said.

They all stood up at Sabrina's words. Dustin was the first to stand up because we were in the forest. His power was also strong now because he possessed the Earth Stone, so I knew he was somewhat in tune with the power, but he still managed to stand correctly and feel the power of the Crystal Moon Forest.

Alira followed, then Aira, then Sandra, and finally Leander.

I saw them struggling, but they managed to do it correctly. They were truly trained by Sabrina, and this was the final part of our training under Sabrina's guidance.

"Excellent, royalty," Sabrina said in a cold voice when all the royalty had stood up.

"Light and shadow, intertwine,

Warrior born, where darkness and light combine. Embrace the balance, the yin and the yang,

Power unbound, forever strong."

Aira said.

"Steel and shadow, my form shall be, A warrior forged, eternally.

Metal's might, my armor's grace,

Unleashed upon this mortal space."

Leander chanted. Dustin also transformed.

"Earth's embrace, my armor strong,

A warrior born, where I belong.

Grounded and firm, I stand my ground, Earth's power, all around."

Dustin said.

"Ocean's grace, my form shall bind,

Warrior born, with waves I find.

Water's strength, my armor be,

Aqueous power, sets me free."

Sandra chanted.

After the five of them transformed into their warrior suits, I also transformed into my warrior suit.

"Fire's fury, ignites my soul,

A warrior born, takes control.

Blazing bright, with fiery might,

I conquer darkness, in the light."

I said.

When we were all fully transformed into our warrior suits, Sabrina spoke again.

"Very good, royalty. You quickly mastered your power for changing your form," Sabrina said coldly to all of us.

"Now listen carefully, royalty. You cannot use any of your own powers here within the Crystal Forest. This is one of the abilities of this Crystal Forest, especially in the center of the Crystal Forest, which is considered the domain of the new guardians, because the only power you can use here is the unique power of your animal guardian. That's why we're here now, because this is where you are supposed to first control the strongest power possessed by your animal guardian, and only when you control your animal guardians can you use or utilize your own powers that you have studied for many years.

"The Crystal Moon Forest protects, and so do your animal guardians. They grant you great power.

Sabrina explained to us in her coldest voice.

"This will be the bond between you and your animal guardian," Sabrina added.

"If that's the case, I'm excited," Alira said happily.

"Not just you, Alira. Us too," Leander said.

"Well, count me in," Aira and Sandra said.

Justin and I just nodded and looked at each other.

"So I think everyone is ready. Let's start this training," Sabrina said seriously and coldly.

"Focus on this one thing, royalty," she said.

"Acceptance. Open your heart, mind, and soul. Being a chosen royalty is hard.

"You are the guardians of your surroundings.

"Can you do it? Are you ready?"

And with those words from Sabrina, I closed my eyes, and I know the royalty did the same.

Then suddenly, we heard a different sound.

Various kinds of screams, cries of pain, pleas for help from the citizens of the Crystal World.

"No, please!"

"No, don't die!"

"Ahhh! Help us, please, help!"

"Stop!"

Screams of various voices begging for help. Simultaneously, there were loud explosions.

I felt pain from what I was hearing. It was so heavy on my heart.

"Is this supposed to happen?"

I whispered to myself. I felt a tear fall from my eyes as I kept my eyes closed and listened.

"What if we're being trained because..."

Eva's words were suddenly cut off when the enemy suddenly attacked us from our direction.

"Sabrina, be ready to face the enemy!"

Sabrina confronted the shadow with her fiery form. They fought.

"Richard, help Sabrina!"

But suddenly we couldn't move.

"What the..."

"What happened to us?"

Leander exclaimed angrily.

I was also starting to get annoyed because I couldn't move my body.

"I need to move. I need to help Sabrina, but how?"

I exclaimed to myself.

I looked at Sabrina fighting the shadow. Each of Sabrina's punches against the shadow only penetrated it, and it seemed to turn into smoke.

"Sabrina, behind you!"

I shouted when the shadow suddenly appeared behind Sabrina.

Sabrina quickly dodged the shadow's attack.

"Ugh!"

"Fire Phoenix!"

I shouted angrily, but nothing happened.

"Ugh!"

I was so frustrated.

Then, from beside me, Aira suddenly gasped.

"Why, Aira?" Alira asked worriedly.

"The form of the enemy Sabrina is fighting is a Thanatos," Aira said, her voice trembling.

"What do you know about it, Aira?" Dustin asked worriedly.

"Nonsense. Once a guardian sees it, it will have difficulty fighting, and most importantly, if it touches them, they can die. That's why it has

Suddenly, she raised her hand towards us. It glowed golden, then suddenly something exploded in front of us.

But we weren't hurt. She put a shield around us.

Because the enemy shadow suddenly attacked us.

Suddenly, because of that incident, I felt my feet moving.

So did the other royalty.

I almost lost my balance, but I didn't let it affect me.

I was determined to go and help Sabrina.

The royalty suddenly shouted.

"ICE!"

They screamed loudly.

My eyes widened

In shock.

Sabrina’s shadowy enemy hurled the thantanus knife it held.

It plunged swiftly towards me.

There was no chance to escape it.

Time seemed to slow down, the shouts from the royalty fading.

My breath hitched as a sudden surge of adrenaline coursed through me.

Just as the knife was about to strike, a figure enveloped me, shielding me from the deadly blow.

"Why?" I whispered, my heart heavy with pain.*
