“That was brilliant.” I commended as the courtroom dispersed.
“Thank you.” Aurora replied, smiling sheepishly.
“I was sloppy today, I don't guarantee that next time.” Yvonne said, glaring at Aurora. It was quick and weird. Aurora didn't respond before turning to look at me.
“How did you get all that about the gun?” I asked, surprised and in need of some enlightenment.
“Caitlin, my investigator.” Aurora responded, pointing at her investigator. Caitlin walked up to us. “I just told her to dig it up, and she was fast enough.”
