Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental. The two nations are mortal enemies. The Southeast violated the treaty and policy, trying to weaken the North Kingdom through various strategies and generational warfare. Skirmishes are seen along the borders, especially along the Line of Control, with frequent targeting of military and civilian assets on the North Kingdom's side. After the battle between the North Kingdom and the Southeast, the North Kingdom was victorious under the leadership of General Vialand, the leader of the Ashes Army. Following their victory in the Southeast, they returned to their territory. As General Vialand's group traveled through the vast forest, they stopped when they heard the sound of a baby crying not far from their location. "Leader, it's here," said one of his men. The leader quickly approached and looked closely at the baby wrapped in a white blanket. He immediately took the baby and put her on his horse. Then, the group continued their journey to Snow Peak Village. After they arrived at Snow Peak Village, loud cheers erupted from their colleagues. 13 years later. 10/24 12:07 PM Snow Peak Village Fire! There is a fire! I was lying down when I heard the screams of people outside. Rushing out, I was suddenly surprised to see people on their horses and many wolves running in our direction. "Son, run!" Father shouted. Mother immediately grabbed me and quickly ran out of our house with the rest of our companions. I stopped and turned around, realizing that my father and brother Laurence were left behind, fighting the bandits. My eyes widened in shock when I saw my companions being devoured by wolves and others being killed with their swords and arrows. "Father!" I shouted when I saw the bandits chasing him, my brother Laurence fought back. I couldn't stop crying; I couldn't believe what I witnessed today. "Son, come on, let's run away from here," said Mother, pulling me towards the vast forest. "But mother, we can't leave Father and brother Laurence," I answered, then looked at them again. I saw brother Laurence stabbed with a sword, and Father's head cut off by bandits. "You are animals!" I screamed loudly, as the strong wind around me was also moaning. The bandits stopped and then felt around. "Mother, how are we now? We have nowhere else to go! All our houses have been engulfed in flames," I immediately asked her. "I don't know, Son. Where are we going now? The important thing is that we get away from this place," Mother immediately answered. I immediately ran back to the house when I saw that the bandits had already left. I immediately looked for the bodies of Father and brother Laurence. My tears flowed when I looked at the blood around me and our companions who were pierced by arrows in their bodies. Others still had traces of the sword while bathing in their own blood. "Son, come on. Let's get out of here." "But Mother, we have nowhere else to go but only here," I answered. Mother and I suddenly stopped talking when we saw the wolves approaching where we were. We fell back three times and immediately ran into the vast forest. I stopped running when I saw Mother panting. "Anya, child, get out of here, save yourself," Mother said. I immediately shook my head at her. "I can't leave you here, Mother." "But Anya, listen carefully to what I tell you. Mother is old and I can't run anymore. Save yourself." "Mother," I said as I hugged her tightly. I caught sight of Mother's hand as she handed me the necklace. "Keep it, dear! This is something very important to you," she said as she continued to hand the Dragon Necklace to me. I turned around in surprise, and my eyes widened when I saw two wolves standing behind me while walking closer to where Mother and I were. I stood up slowly. "Mother, run!" I quickly told her, and Mother immediately followed what I told her. Mother stood up and then ran. I quickly picked up a sharp wooden stick at my side and then aimed it at the two wolves in front of me. When I noticed that my mother was far away, I ran quickly while the two wolves followed behind me. I stopped running when I had nowhere to go. The two wolves immediately attacked me. I confronted them while holding the sharp wood and stabbed it into the body of a wolf. I screamed as the wind suddenly picked up and swayed the trees around. I was surprised to feel that my feet were no longer on the ground, as if I were in the air, but I stopped and fell back to the ground. "I have power?" I whispered to myself as I looked at my palms. I immediately looked for Mother. "Mother. Mother..." I shouted when I saw that there were arrows in her body and that she was dying. I quickly ran to where she was. "Mother, fight, please!" I immediately told her as I touched both of her cheeks. "Son," she said, "Get out of here and forget what's happening now. I want you to live in peace, son." "Mother... How can I forget the horror that is happening in our family?" I immediately answered her. "Mom, please wake up," I said, patting her face when I saw that she was closing her eyes. I stood up and then took some wood to dig the ground. I immediately buried Mother, then I left. "Where am I going now?" I whispered to myself as I walked away, tears still welling up in my eyes. I don't know how many days I've been traveling on the road. While feeling the tiredness and stiffness of my legs, I could feel my throat drying up. I don't know where I'm going, where my feet will take me. I immediately stopped walking when I saw the biggest gate in the area. I peeked and saw many people walking. I read what was written above, "Welcome to North Kingdom."
