I get out of the bath and throw on some comfy clothes, it's only 1 and I have two hours til Lana gets here. I hop in the bed to take a nap. I strap my shoes on and check the time. It's 3:55, its time to head down to the court yard where my mom has spent most of the day decorating. "It's now or never lets get this party started", I say.

People are already all over the place eating finger foods and conversating. Levi is in a corner with a group of friends and my mom is bouncing between the kitchen bringing out plates of food. Dad is probably with the Alpha and their group of friends. Most of the pack is here. I dont see Alec anywhere and I dont know if he'll even come. "Girl this is amazing I wish my party was half this beautiful", Lana says. There's lights everywhere making the yard look bright and sensual as the sun start's going down. Shes right it's perfect. With everything looming over me from the news today it's what I needed to take my mind off everything. We walk over to the table full of food to make a plate, I hadn't eaten since breakfast and I was starving.

Lana noticed my face had turned beet red and and I had a look of anticipation. "Ayla, are you okay? You seem flushed and anxious." I turned my head quickly and gave her a nod. " I smell him, my wolf is going crazy but I can't tell who or where it is." If I smell him he must be feeling and my scent must be doing the same thing to him, I thought. "Lana I have to go find where it's coming from, I have to find him, come with me please?!"
