Rogue Princess

Hunter’s POV The dark forest of Woodland pack is densed with trees all around. The sound of leaves from the trees and under the feet crushing and the waves in the clear river are showing the beauty of this forest. Life is so beautiful and peaceful here but nothing is right in my life. I am the Alpha of the silent knightstalkers and waiting for my mate for almost 3 decades. I have 6’2 feet height, blue eyes and a stone like body which is the result of my hardwork which I did to keep my pack, my kingdom saved. Currently I am sitting on a tree fallen in the forest of Woodland pack and thinking about my life. It had been six moths since I came here in the search of my mate but nothing like that happened. I didn’t get a smell of her and now I am sure she is not here. I know meeting my mate or not will not make any difference since the last thing I will do in my life will is to accept her. I was lost in my thoughts when I heard my beta yelling and running with the crushing sound of dry leaves. “Alpha” “Alpha” “Alpha” In a few second I found my childhood friend and my beta Leo standing in front of me. He bowed his head in respect and I stood dusting my clothes and asked him, “What Happened, Leo?” He looked at me and replied in a composed tone, “Our pack needs us. We need to get back to them as soon as possible.” I heard Leo and all my senses alerted listening to him. Since I knew with time my pace is getting weak and the reason is the curse and my mate. I took a deep breathe to calm my mind and asked, “Means?” “The pack has been attacked by someone and if we believe the talks there are few rogues behind it.” He told and I feel my wolf suddenly got excited. Don’t take him wrong but he is not interested in rogues but the excitement of meeting his mate makes him insane and he gets excited. He was about to take control but I blocked him on time and reacted shockingly, “What?” “Did they catch them?” I asked further and he shook his head in no, “No, but they found some evidence and I think that can help us a lot.” “Great.” I said and looked at the river and walked near to that. I looked at myself in the water and the grey eyes of my wolf was visible in water. Yes, my wolf has some special powers which I don’t know and I was told by my father that with time everything will be cleared and I have to trust myself and my wolf. That was his last word when he was on his deathbed. I turned around and found my beta still standing at his place and declared, “we will leave tomorrow.” ----- The next day The woodland pack is led by one of my oldest friend Daniel and since the day I found out that there were rogues seen in his pack I am here. It was not to save his pack since he can do it perfectly I was hoping to meet my mate in those rogues. Yes, I am that Alpha who actually search for rogues but never wants them to be killed since I knew I can lose my mate in those rogues too. My beta Leo put my luggage in my Austin Martin and my friend Daniel and I were standing on exit. Once he was done I turned to my friend and hugged him to bid good bye and he patted my back saying, “Hunter, don’t worry. Soon we will find your mate and you will have the ideal life which you always wanted.” “Thanks Daniel.” I said and sat inside my car. Leo took his seat beside the driver on passenger seat and I was sitting on the back seat. I was looking out of the car and observing the trees moving with us. But before I went too far I got a mind-link from my Beta, “Alpha” and I waited for him to continue, “Didn’t you tell anything about your mate to your friend?” “They don’t need to know that. I have to deal with it on my own.” I said looking at the tattoo on my wrist which has a unique sign and it look like an R. I asked looking at the R tattoo on my hand and asked my beta through mind-link, “Did you get any clue for that witch?” “No, she disappeared.” He replied and I asked confusingly, “Means?” “We checked her place and the all near by packs but she is nowhere like she disappeared in the thin air.” He said looking out of the car and I commented, “What can we expect from a witch, Daniel.” “Right.” He said and I closed the mind-link. ------ Next Day (The silent Knightstalker Pack) As soon as we entered the borders of my pack the familiar scents and voices of my people started filling my mind and I felt relieved. The voice of happy pups playing relaxed my mind and I felt proud that without my mate I am still managing good. I knew with mate things would be different but without her I am not even doing bad. The driver parked my car in front of the peck house where I live alone and my wolf hearing got activated and I heard, “Alpha hunter is back.” “Alpha hunter is back.” I walked inside my home and I was greeted by my fifty years old nanny who took care of me since childhood. My mother died after giving birth to me and since then she is my mother figure. “Alpha”, she bowed in front of me and I found my Gamma and some of my trusted men standing with their heads bowed down. “I will be coming back in fifteen minutes and we will plan our next move.” I told and left to take a shower. ------ As soon as I entered my room I felt my wolf whining in my head and the rage was turned into restlessness. I took off all my clothes and went into the shower cubicle without paying any attention to other my surrounding and the cold water fell on my head. The water started getting me wet from my head to my neck to my chest and then my hard member. Yes, i don’t know why since the time I entered the pack border my junior is getting hard and it is giving me pain. I am standing in the shower for last thirty minutes and my wolf is nowhere close to get relaxed and after trying hard when I was not able to control to my wolf I asked frustratingly, “Why are you so anxious, Lucifer.” “I want my mate now. I can’t live without her.” He declared whining like a child and I closed my eyes. I am so f*****g mad with him these days. He just demands his mate whenever we talk and I ended up blocking him. I replied him trying to make him understand, “We can’t be with her, Lucifer.” “Let me decide what I want. Don’t tell me what we can do or we can’t. You are alpha because of me.” He replied getting angry and I chuckled listening to him. “You would be the first wolf in the world who reminds how grateful the person you are with.” I commented and he replied with proudly, “Because I am.” “Calm down, Lucifer.” I again said and he was silent for a few time and I thought he understood before he advised, “Hunter, if you don’t want our mate then please give me control in finding the rogues. I promise I will vent out all my anger on the rogues and then I will be fine.” He said and I instantly denied, “No, you don’t think with your mind.” “Do you want me to block you from talking?” He threatened me and I knew if he will do that he will come back on his own. I won’t be able to talk with him still I replied teasing him, “I can do the same.” “Hunter”, he whined and I gave up, “Okay fine. But I am not going to give you the control for 24/7 but only the time when we will be dealing with the case of rogues.” “Done.” He said and soon I felt him getting calm and I jerked out my hard member for some relief. ------- Leo’s POV Since the time I came back I found a strange aura in the Alpha and as far as I remember it’s not normal. Either it is a sign of some bad happening with Alpha or the peck but in both situation there will be only one thing our peck will get weaker. I don’t know since when I last saw my Alpha in his wolf form since he rarely does that. His wolf Lucifer is furious and once he takes over no one can control him even the Alpha is still unknown to some of his powers and it gets difficult for him to control. I was thinking about the safety of our peck when I heard a feminine voice, “Beta Daniel” and I found the daughter of Alpha’s nanny standing in front of me. Though she is the daughter of his nanny but Jenny is still a warrior in our peck and she has good understanding of gadgets and IT issues that’s why she works closely with Alpha and I. Since we are working together for a long time she doesn’t need any permission to enter my room and as soon as I heard her I replied, “Yes, Jenny.” She walked inside and bowed her head and continued, “I wanted to tell this to Alpha Hunter but he left without listening.” The worry lines were visible on her face and I knew it is something serious and it is related to that odd feeling which I had. “Anything serious?” I asked getting suspicious and she nodded her head. She thought for a while and continued, “Actually the day rogues attacked our pack we were saved thankfully but-” “But?” I was getting impatient and she continued with a voice that was showing her fear, “But there was few girls in those rogues.” “What?” I yelled and she continued cautiously, “Yes, and one of those girls has been injured with the wolfsbane and since then she is caged in the basement.” “What?” I walked near her invading her private space and held her neck and asked looking straight into her eyes, “Have you guys lost your mind? You know that Alpha told us strictly that no girl whether rogue or not will be taken to the basement.” She held my hand trying to get free but I didn’t budge and she replied with great difficulty, “I tried to stop them but they were not ready to listen and since the day she is here she has been tortured badly.” She completed and I left her neck since she was gasping for air. I thought for a few moments and realized that Alpha is not going to spare them tonight but I didn’t tell anything to Jenny and ordered, “You can leave. Let me handle it from here.” Once she was out of my room I looked at the full moon in the sky through the window and pleaded, “Goddess, please never let my fear come true.” ------- Hunter’s POV After struggling for more than one hour finally I got ready wearing casual clothes since it is not an official meeting and I am going to meet some of my most trusted men. I grabbed my cell phone and moved to the exit door when I heard my wolf roaring in my head and I stopped. I called him, “Lucifer” and he smiled and I continued, “You can take the charge from here.” ------
