I'm alerted by smoke the moment I part with Brooke and Cali. It seems to be coming from the girls' dorms and right away I know something is terribly wrong. I get there within seconds expecting to see the worst but to my surprise, Wren seems to be handling herself just fine.
For a moment, I'm caught in a trance watching her outdo herself especially since her training hasn't gotten to this level. A fireball coming my way snaps me out of it and I jump to avoid getting hit. The dark whisperer is fast and but I can't let her get away this time. Using the distraction to my advantage, I approach the dark whisperer from behind. Wren notices me but I manage to indicate to her to continue.
