Chapter 8
Terrell
Terrell drove back to the main house at the compound where the rest of the Z.P.O. lived hoping to finally lay everything out for Dru. He knew Dru’s initial response would be no, but Terrell hoped he could somehow convince him otherwise. When he pulled in, Dru’s truck was where it was normally parked. Alongside of it was Rocky’s and Jake’s. Terrell yanked out his phone and shot Joe a text message to get him over to the main house as well. Might as well get it all out in the open.
Everyone was scattered throughout the main house when he showed up. Once he had them all tracked down, he asked them all into the conference room.
“Do we have a new case?” Rocky asked as they all sat down.
“I’m hoping,” Terrell said.
