Ava
A pounding on her door woke her the next morning. Ava came flying out of her bed and didn’t remember she was naked until she was halfway to the front door. Hurrying back to grab her bed sheet, she hustled to her door. Checking her eye hole, she let out a relieved sigh when she realized it was just Rachel.
“Hey. What’s wrong?” Ava asked as she opened the door.
“Wait, are you serious right now? Is Mr. Sexy in there with you?” Rachel asked, pushing herself into the foyer.
“No, he’s not in here. For heaven’s sakes, Rachel, why would you ask that?” Ava scoffed.
“For starters, you’re a half an hour late for work. Secondly, you’re wearing nothing but a bedsheet.”
