Chapter 17 Alvin I waited on Briella’s front porch wondering what was wrong with me. A glimpse of her and I was a crazy man, half-drooling for more. The thought of her canceling our night had me willing to do anything. Even take her seven year old surfing. The door whisked open and she was there in front of me, my angel with her halo of chestnut hair spilling over her shoulders. A white smear ran down the right side of her shirt, a dusting of flour on her left cheek.
