8. Idiots!

"So I hope you people will submit your project before the deadline, that is, one week. Now any doubts regarding your assignment?" The teacher asked and I looked down.

"You don't look very happy Miss. Singh" Any mimicked the teacher's voice and I huffed.

"What? No ma'am, I'm on cloud nine right now." I replied sarcastically rolling my eyes to which Any let out a chuckle.

"All the best Sanny" Any wished me shaking her head with a smile on her face.

"Just pray to God that I don't get admitted in the mental asylum after this week." I said looking at both my partners who were now looking at the teacher.

Any just chuckled in response and after few more minutes the bell finally rang. I was again the first one to get out of the class. Nowadays it has become a habit of mine, running out of the class even before the nerd of the first bench.

"Arjun I'll do this project on my own, I don't need anyone of you." I declared to Ranbir and Arjun who are now sitting with me in an empty classroom for discussing about the project. Actually we are having our last period, that is, this period free so we decided to make use of it and start our assignment. But I don't wanna work with them so I decided that I'll do it on my own.

"Okay Sanny, as you wish." Arjun agreed happily. I knew it that he won't argue about this  and I think Ranbir will agree as well because who won't agree to such a tempting offer, right?

"Okay Arjun, then you may leave. Me and sunshine will complete this on our own." Ranbir said looking at Arjun with a smile on his face. No way!

"No way." Arjun spoke my words and I smiled inwardly seeing how strong our bond is.

"Why? You only agreed to her, so now leave. But I'll help her. How can I let my sunshine do all the work alone?" Ranbir said looking at me with a cute smile.

"Ugh, I'm not leaving. We'll make it together." Arjun said looking annoyed.

"As you wish." Ranbir said rolling his eyes and I just shook my head at their behaviour.

The whole period passed with me getting annoyed by my stupid idiotic partners. These guys are really hard to handle and I have no idea how I'm gonna manage all this for 7 freaking days. They fight over silly things and I have to play peacemaker. Sometimes I feel they do all this just to irritate me because who fights over a pencil, dude? And that too when you are in 12th standard.

"Enough guys." I shouted for the umpteenth time in just one freaking hour. These two annoying immature kids are right now fighting over a very serious topic : Whose handwriting is better?

Can you believe it? And trust me when I say, both of them have horrible handwriting. But their big fat male ego will never let them accept this universal truth.

"Sanny, you tell me mine is better right?" Arjun asked showing the page in which he wrote, with so many hopes.

"No sunshine. See, mine is better."  Now Ranbir showed me his with hopes in his eyes. I just wanted to awe at them and pull their cheeks but I resisted myself from doing it and made a serious face.

"Guys I now believe that it's good that we all are doing this together and not me all alone because the teacher must have known if I would have made this on my own." I told them in a serious tone with a straight face and the idiots frowned.

"How?" Arjun asked and Ranbir looked at me keenly.

"Because... Even if I try, still I'll never be able to write this horribly, like you guys do. You both have  pathetic handwriting." I stated making a face and they both looked at me with their mouth open and narrow eyes, looking so funny that it's really getting hard for me to control myself from laughing at their faces.

I took the advantage of this situation and clicked a pic of them to post in on social media. The two most popular playboys with their mouth open and a funny expression, I'll definitely get so many likes. I smirked thinking about the reactions, I'm gonna get from people.

"Sanny delete that pic." Arjun said trying to snatch from phone but I was fast enough to save my phone.

"Sunshine, be a good girl and delete that picture." Ranbir said getting up from his seat and approaching towards me. I immediately locked my phone and smirked.

"What if I don't?" I asked smirking and the devils looked at each other before jumping on me. They both started tickling me hard and being a very ticklish person I'm, I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

"Now what do you have to say sunshine?" Ranbir asked me still tickling me.

"Ha ha n-no, ha ha, I'm not gonna delete that ha ha." Tickle me all you want to but I'm not deleting that picture especially not before I post it in the social media. They were tickling me so hard that now it hurts but I'm not gonna give up, never.

"C'mon Sanny, delete that pic and we'll leave you. Stop being so stubborn." Arjun said in a bored tone. I just shook my head at him and he left me. Ranbir looked at him frowning and I took it as my chance to escape.

I immediately ran out of the  classroom with my phone and dashed inside my favourite escape place. Any guesses? Yes, girl's washroom it is.

I immediately posted the picture in the social media and with a victory smirk on my face, came out the washroom to find the two devils looking at me fuming. Okay.

"How dare you?" Arjun asked showing me the pic I posted. It took all my strength to resist myself from bursting into laughter.

I couldn't control myself anymore and started laughing like a maniac. Both the devils came near me and my laughter died and I swear I must be looking like a scared cat right now. Of course I was already in a messy state because of their tickling session. This time they did something which was really unexpected for me.

They both picked me up in the air and took me near the pool. s**t! I know what's gonna happen now!

Yes, they did threw me in the swimming pool. Wet again. Both started laughing like crazy people but I was fuming.

"This is not funny guys." I shouted in anger and they stopped laughing.

"Are you guys out of your mind? Now tell me do you want me to go to my dorm room like this?" I signalled towards my white shirt which was a bit see through now and I guess that's when realisation hit those idiots coz they looked at me apologetically.

"I'm so sorry Sanny, I'm very sorry." Arjun apologized and I rolled my eyes. I'm hell angry now. They could have done anything else but this. Idiots!

"Sunshine, I'm so sorry. Give me your hand." Ranbir offered his hand for me to come out but I didn't took it and came out on my own.

Ranbir immediately removed his coat and covered me with it from the front and Arjun covered me from back and removed the rubber band of my hair. I looked at him frowning.

"You should never tie your hair when they are wet, you may catch a headache." Arjun explained and I nodded.

Both of them led me to my dorm room protecting me like bodyguards. I smiled inwardly at their care for me, especially Ranbir's. Arjun is my best friend so this was expected from him but Ranbir, I have heard from people that he doesn't respects  girls but today he proved them wrong.

I entered my room and asked them to leave. They apologized again and I told them it's okay and may be I overreacted, to which they told me that I didn't and I was right, they both are idiots.
