HADLEY’S POV… I stare at my reflection in the mirror, admiring my appearance. My grad dress is perfect. It’s a navy blue satin Grecian style dress. My mom had taken me into the city, and we hunted down a small boutique that sold one of a kind dresses. I didn’t want to end up wearing the same dress as somebody else. My hair is down and curly, and my makeup is carefully applied. I smile and half twirl, playing with the soft fabric. “You’re beautiful.” I jump at the voice, startled and embarrassed having been caught having such a girly moment.
