Nearing the borders of the fief.

The carriage back home bothered Roseanne.
It was the first that she had stopped several times in order to make sure not to surprise Charles. Alistair also seemed tired. Noticing that everyone wanted to rest for some time made her do so. She wasn’t aware that it would take this long going home.
Alistair could notice his mother getting anxious by every minute that they were close to home. Now that they could see the fief, he understood what she was feeling. Excitement.
