CHAPTER 29 MEETING THE GURU Shea trudged back up to camp and slipped unnoticed into the shower building. She gathered several empty bottles from the trash can, rinsed and filled them from the sink. She put two in her messenger bag and stashed the rest in her cabin before returning to the dining hall. The tap water tasted bitter, leaving her wondering about its drinkability. But if Toni said they laced the bottled water with chloro-whatever, she was probably right. She’d been an excellent detective and was meticulous with evidence.
