Chapter 11

Three weeks had passed I managed to sleep but not for long each night and Marcus always watched over me nothing happened with my father or Patsy as of yet but it’s just a matter of time as I know now my father will stop at nothing and I’m ready for this to be over now I was staring out the window listening to Fona talk about baby things when Gerrard came bursting threw the door “Alpha Luna we found the witch she is coming and on her way she will be here tomorrow evening” he bent down to inhale a breath Marcus ran over slapped him on the back “good job” and turns to me the tears were welling up in my eyes finally some good news Fona jumps around “aw great news hopefully we can all be happy and rested and no fighting for our babies coming now” she cheered I felt there was hope for my baby when he arrives Marcus comes over to me rubs at my belly and puts an arm around me “lets just pray she agrees to help us out and end this war once and for all” I kiss his cheek and smile yeah fingers crossed I rub at my stomach and notice that it’s started snowing outside “ hay big guy look” I point he stands behind me arms around my waist leaning his head on my shoulder “it looks magical all that white falling in the dark” I hold his arm “oh let’s tell everyone to come inside they can scatter around the full house we will make space for all I don’t want anyone getting cold or getting Ill” I was worrying for nothing really as we are hot blooded animals really we don’t get cold often well o do now and then but the males never do but Marcus smiles and ordered Gerrard to go and invite all pack members inside and I look at Fona “you and Gerrard stay here aswell you both can have the room next to mine it has the fire place inside room for you incase you get cold like me and we are next to each other” she grins and nods Gerrard came back in “Alpha the men don’t want to come inside but a few of the woman and children will come as it is going to get worse as it’s a snow storm on way I can tell it will be a bad one” just as he said that I wonder if it’s just a normal weather problem or if it’s a magical problem but before I could ask everyone started to come in and fill out the room so I had to try and find were to put most of them we had a lot of rooms so they would all fit in and I get one of the woman Anna she was old with long grey hair she likes to pin up and she wore old style of dresses and again barefoot I asked her to help with makeing the food and got drinks for everyone and she went to it. I sit on my window watching the snow get thicker as it falls and a beautiful white canvas is laid out in front of me outside I could watch it all night Fona brings in 2 cups of hot chocolate hands me one and sits next to me “don’t you just love that we are all together” I look at her “we are always together we’re all family” I was confused at what she was saying “no I mean in the house only a handful of woman have been inside this place before as we were never invited in but there is plenty of space for us all I like it it’s homey” she is full out laughing now “sorry I think I was still in my own little world from staring outside to long everyone is welcome inside this place anytime they want” she hold her cup out and we clink cups together and sip “so have you herd anything about what’s going to happen”  she looks down into her cup “no not yet but I’m hoping it’s good for all our sakes” and I go back to looking out at the snow fall. It as time the witch had arrived everyone was on edge not knowing what to expect Marcus was standing beside me as Gerrard our Beta brings in the witch she was beautiful long black hair curly all the way down her back a long green dress and soft flat black shoes she was so pale skinned with bright green eyes no make up she was naturally beautiful “welcome to our home Athena thanks for coming this is my wife and Luna Carmel and you have met My Beta Gerrard and I am Marcus Alpha” he gestures for her to sit on the couch “yes thank you Alpha but I am curious as to why you have asked for me to come” she sits and waits Marcus explains our situation what has been happening here and how he is scared for my life and our unborn child’s Athena reaches over to me but looks at me for permission before she touches me I nod wondering what she is doing “your son will be a great warrior and Alpha one day he will love a long healthy happy life he will marry and have a son of his own do t threat over this child he is blessed in every way just love him the way you do now and all will be well” she pauses for a moment “ok now for the other problems you face I will help you deal with this I will need a few things to do this spell and my own space to do it but one day in the future I will need your help and you must come help me no questions asked” she raises her eyes to Marcus who agrees and they shake hands she tells him what she wants and Gerrard writes it all down and goes to get what is needed I show Athena down to the last spare room we had it was the one closest to the main hall enternce and has Patel doors so she can get out to nature if needed and use the moon for any spell of needed also and it is the room with the huge Gated fire and candles around the wall She should be good here she thanks me and I leave now I can’t wait to see what she does to help us.
