she wasn't giving up. she decided it was time she goes for a real adventure outside and knows the truth about what happened? what is not right? what is he so afraid of? but she didn't know where Shinex was? but one thing was clear, It wasn't near instead far away as he said. she didn't know how to find out. that day she went out for a walk to just shake it all up and forget what happened. of course she was angry that her father shouted at her. "excuse me, young lady, I suppose you are looking forward to knowing where Shinex is?" a voice came behind her. his voice was not fluent as he looked around 65+. he wore a woven farming hat which covered his entire face a he looked down. "Who are you? and how do you know about...about what was on my mind?" Kate stammered. "I am a tea maker, but I can help you with that". he offered. "come on, follow me". Kate had nothing to say so she just kept walking behind him. he used a stick to support himself as he was already aged. "you know kate, you don't have to be angry on your father. he was just scared of losing you too". he said. kate was shocked. as if he was reading her mind. he took her to a cart which was tea shop and kate followed him. he handed her a cup of tea and sits opposite her. while he takes a sip of tea she could take a little glimpse of his face. "I will only say you where Shinex". he finally looks at kate. "you know more about Shinex...about my grandparents..." kate gushed. "I don't know maybe". he smirked. "listen carefully, Shinex is a village on top of the Mount of light. it is under the curse of Krypton". "how you know him? did you know him? how does he look like?" kate asked. "he looks ordinary, like a human, I used to know him, I don't know whether he knows me?" he said as if he felt is humourous. "It is far away towards the west. you cannot figure out the mountain on which it was built until you wait till the dusk. among the ranges of the mountain, you will find the correct mountain with the sparkle of three light". He said.  Then he handover a compass to Kate. It was old and dusty. He blew the dust away before he hands it over to her. "This will help you with your task or quest I suppose". He smiled. Kate knew what she would do next. She immediately walked past her house and packed before her father noticed. She left a note on her desk.  "Father,  I am going to shinex to know the truth. I am sorry I disobeyed you. Please forgive me. she had no time to waste but also she knew her journey was not going to be easy after all. When she left the house, she decided to thank the old man for his help. When she went to the same spot he was long gone. She realized never asked his name. With unfortunate circumstances, she left for shinex. The compass helped her as a guide to the west. She walked away with only a basket of fruits, a cloak a lantern which seemed to die and some money. After leaving Velda she went on through the evergreen forest.           It was creepy as it got dark. Her legs ached. But she was too scared to rest in that dark with only a lantern. What would she do if the lantern went out? she was now deep within the forest. she paced slowly creeped out by the darkness. Then suddenly she heard running footsteps. her mind raced. 'footsteps?' she thought. It scared the life out of her. Then her lantern started to dim. She whispered 'o god!' and dropped down the lantern letting it out. Then she felt someone touched her by her wrist. She grew unconscious and collapsed. TO BE CONTINUED...
