Blood covered my upper arm. Pain shot through my shoulder. I laid down on the floor of my car immediately.Two more shots.I could have killed the two attackers who shot at me right now but I can't because right now I am not the don. I am Ethan Martinez, the celebrity. I have my manger and bodyguard with me right now. I can't possibly make a stupid movie at the moment the best thing was to get out of there asap. It's another typical day in my life.I got up early and now I am heading to work but something feels off today. I was only half an hour away from my office when my phone buzzed with an urgent message from my boss. I got out of my car and went into the hotel. I had no time to waste I took the elevator to the 21th floor. *Ding* The doors opened and two men stood before me. "Miss miller?" One of them asked and I nodded. "I am James, Manager of Mr Martinez and this is Sebastian, his bodyguard" "Hello" I said "Mr Martinez where is he? " "He is with the doctor currently", James said. "l see." I said, "I would like to ask some questions from both of you". "Yes this way miss miller, James said". We sat down and I started my questioning ; "Where were both of you when Mr Martinez was attacked? " "Both of us were with him, Sebastian said" "I see and both of you are unharmed? " "Yes both of us were in the front seats while Mr Martinez was in the back seat we were driving back from his shoot and suddenly two people on a bike fired at our car they specifically fired at Mr Martinez in the back but thankfully he lied down after his shoulder got fired at then I got the car out of there as soon as I could", Sebastian said. "Did they not follow you and did you guys notice the number plate of the bike? " I asked. "No, there was no number plate and after shooting some bullets they went their way", James said. "Strange if their intention was to kill Mr Martinez,they would have done it somehow"I said. ”I am not that easy to kill officer" a deep voice said. Both Sebastian and James got up and went the voices way and asked him about his injuries.I turned my head and looked just at his shoulder. "The wound on your shoulder says otherwise, Mr Martinez"I said and turned my head.I kept sitting there. A man came and stood a few steps away from me. "I guess you don't need an introduction from me as you already know who I am, officer but I surely do." I looked up and my eyes met a pair of very blue eyes. I got up without breaking the eye contact and introduce myself. "Nora, Nora miller" he seemed somehow amused by my response which I don't know why. "A very lovely name nora, Nora Miller" he repeated my name like I said it before. I stared into his eyes they were the purest of blue. His stare was somewhat intense. I cleared my throat breaking the eye contact "Well thank you, Mr Martinez"I said. "Please call me, Ethan and it's a pleasure"he said. His deep voice suits him. His presence is strong I had already seen him in press before but seeing him in person is kind of intimidating. He has this powerful aura surrounding him which makes it somewhat difficult to breathe. "Alright, Mr Ethan" I said. "I meant without the mr, Miss miller" he said. "I apologize but it's kind of unprofessional to refer you with first name basis when I don't even know you and on top of that you are a public figure, Mr Martinez so I think it's inappropriate "I said. To which he just smirked and nodded. Strange, I thought. "So Mr martinez, can I ask you some questions? "I asked "But you had already questioned James and seb" he said. I smiled "Yes I did and it's my job to do so but those questions were for them. I have different questions for you. " "I see, James seb you guys can go" he said. "Yes Mr martinez call us if you need anything. "Sebastian said and they both left. He sat down on the couch and asked me to sit as well. "Please have a seat, Miss miller"he said. I sat down "Thank you, now if you don't mind I would like to start" I said. He nodded. "Were you aware of the attackers? " I asked. And he replied with a "No." "I see" I said. "Do you have any suspects who might be behind this? " I asked. "I am a public figure, it couldn't be anyone stalkers, anti-fan and anyone" he said with a strange look I could mange to catch as it was there just for brief second "I see,Did you recently receive any kind of threats?" I asked. "No I don't think so" he said with the strange hard expression again but it was gone again as soon as it came. "Okay then I would proceed with the inquiry further tomorrow we'll need to check the car tomorrow and after that we'll see where it leads us”i said standing up. "I think you should not proceed further it's a dead end they were probably just some anti-fans" He said standing up "I think this attack was just a warning as their intention was not kill you but I think they might come back and it's a threat to your life we'll need to catch them asap"I said. He looked at me for a moment and then nodded. "Thank you so much officer"he said and put his hand forward I took it and Shaked it "You're welcome Mr Martinez" I said and went towards the door. *Click* *Door closing* ___________________
