Jackson was shocked to see Leon revealing his hybrid side. He was eyeing every police officer in front of them with a look that made all of them back away.
“Hybrids are considered armed and dangerous!” one of the police officers said.
They all drew their guns out, aiming at Leon. He turned his back on them to protect Helena. Jackson stood in front of Leon, to which his men reacted by pointing their guns at the officers.
“There is no need for a blood bath, detective,” Jackson said.
The tension was high enough that the officers lowered their weapons slowly. Jackson signaled his men to lower their weapons as well. Jackson glanced behind him and Leon walked back inside their mansion carrying Helena in his arms.
“You’re resisting the arrest of your brother, Mr. Mason.” the detective mutter
