HOW TO SMELL SWEET:
Nothing says glamour like smelling great. Try out these tactics and you'll always be the sweetest smelling girl around.
** FRESH AS A DAISY **
It goes without saying, but you should have a bath or shower every single day.
** HERBAL REMEDY **
Add springs of herbs to your bath for a natural treat. Refreshing ones to try are mint, rosemary, and thyme. Either raid the kitchen cupboard for dried ones or check out the garden for fresh herbs. Once the tub is full, toss in the herbs and let them float in the water to release their scent.
** FULL STEAM AHEAD **
Adding a few drops of perfume to the floor of the shower will create a beautifully scented steam.
** A FRESH START **
Sprinkle a dry towel with your favorite fresh fragrance. Put it in the clothes dryer for a few minutes until it heats up and give yourself a vigorous rubdown. The hot fragranced towel will make you feel fabulously awake and alert.

Smell sweet with Thai food. Believe it or not, this type of food is said to produce the nicest body smells, so take the opportunity to eat lots of it! It contains plenty of aromatic ingredients; such as mint, lemongrass, and coconut. Go easy on the garlic, though!.

Learn to layer fragrances to smell beautiful all day. Start with a scented bath oil and soap. Move on to body lotion and finish with a light splash of perfume.
