I woke up feeling heavy in my chest, remembering what Philipa told me the previous day. My chest involuntarily tightened. I jolted up from bed and walked toward the nightstand where I had kept the letter. Turning on the blue lights, I spread the paper open, revealing the note. The same note, hidden from mere eyes. "Make sure you get the book from her. Get her close to you, lower her guard, then it would be easier to make the next move." I stared blankly at the letter, feeling a weird sense of annoyance rising in my chest.
