The monetary matters have been settled. Presently, Su Wei is preoccupied with his own housing affairs. The property in Green City Huangpu Bay has not yet been handed over, but an ICBC agent has accompanied him to facilitate the transfer of ownership. Su Wei also decided to acquire five parking spaces incidentally. Su Wei visited Gu Bei No.1 and was greatly enamored with it, notwithstanding its slight distance from the city center. The house itself comes with three parking spaces, and Su Wei additionally purchased two more at the price of 800,000 each from the property management. After the transfer of ownership, arrangements were made for five individuals to meticulously clean the premises, with the agent overseeing the process throughout. The ICBC agent, named Chen Lihua, exhibits remarkable efficiency. Regarding Tan Gong, as it is an unfinished space intended for Su Wei's parents, he plans to wait a while, engage a designer to devise a plan, and then proceed with a thorough renovation. By the time Gu Bei No.1 was ready for occupancy on January 13th, Su Wei had already spent nearly a week in a hotel. During these days, he was chauffeured by Chen Lihua for transportation. Now, Su Wei intends to return to his shared rental to retrieve his luggage and opts not to be accompanied by Chen Lihua, deciding to handle it himself. Upon taxiing back to the suburban shared rental, it was just after 3 p.m., and there was no one in the house. The occupants of the other two rooms had not yet returned from work. After rummaging through his belongings, Su Wei found there was little to take, except for his diploma. He contacted the individual advertised in the corridor for collecting recyclables and handed over everything, with the sole request that the premises be left clean. He then phoned the landlord to inform her of his intention to terminate the lease. The landlord informed Su Wei that he could receive a refund for the remaining rent but not for the deposit, due to his breach of contract. Once the agreement was settled, the landlord arrived on an electric scooter about ten minutes later. After inspecting the rooms and finding no damage, she transferred the remaining rent to Su Wei via WeChat. With the shared rental matters concluded, Su Wei hailed a DiDi and headed straight to Gu Bei No.1. That evening, Su Wei slept alone in the room and felt a slight unease. After all, with a 680-square-meter house to himself, he had no choice but to turn on all the lights while sleeping. Upon awakening at noon, he proceeded to the bathroom for a shower and grooming. It occurred to him that he was now residing in his own home, devoid of hotel services, and no one would be laundering his clothes. Having not taken any clean clothes from the shared rental, Su Wei ordered takeout while waiting and called Chen Lihua. "Old Chen, find me a housekeeper. I'm tired of ordering takeout every day." "Understood, Mr. Su, any specific requirements for the housekeeper?" "They must be proficient in cooking, preferably skilled in Hunan and Sichuan cuisine." "Very well, Mr. Su." With the housekeeper matter settled, Su Wei planned to go shopping that day. Despite earning millions in the past few days, he had hardly spent any money, except for purchasing a few parking spaces. Upon opening WeChat and scrolling through his contacts, he found only around 200 friends, including several bank employees. Otherwise, the count would be even lower. Considering he had been working for over a year, it was incomprehensible to have so few friends. When Su Wei switched phones and numbers, he spent an hour deleting unfamiliar and unimportant contacts, removing nearly a thousand people. After searching for a companion to go shopping to no avail, he decided to go alone. Su Wei intended to start by buying a car. After all, what man doesn't love cars when he has money to spare? He couldn't stand it when characters in novels, around the age of 20, bought cars like the Audi A8 or BMW 760. Young people purchasing such cars seemed nonsensical. With his wealth, Su Wei was determined to buy a sports car, partly for show. Young people nowadays seem too mature for their age, living as if they were 50 at 20. What's the point? For his first car, Su Wei planned to buy a Porsche, considering it the best driving experience among sports cars. As for the specific model, it would depend on what was available in the showroom. After finishing his takeout, he located the nearest Porsche 4S dealership on his phone's map and called for a DiDi. Upon arriving at the Porsche 4S dealership, it was as crowded as a marketplace, with people surrounding each salesperson. Fortunately, Su Wei could browse alone for now. The most prominently displayed models were the Cayenne and the Macan, Porsche's best-selling products. Closest to the entrance was a 718. After inspecting it, Su Wei found it quite small, especially compared to the 911. Despite this, getting inside felt fine, without the cramped sensation typical of smaller cars. Noticing that most of those interested in the 718 were female, Su Wei quietly moved on to check other cars. He didn't bother with the Macan and Cayenne, instead focusing on the Panamera and the 911. Although the Panamera offered more space than the 718 and 911, sitting inside didn't evoke the excitement Su Wei desired. Despite its smaller size, the 911 offered better handling, leading to an obvious decision in favor of the 911. Having examined the cars sufficiently, Su Wei called over a salesperson. "Is there a salesperson available?" Although many salespeople heard Su Wei's call, most were already with clients. Only Liu Yuegang, having just finished with a customer and about to have some water, immediately abandoned his plans upon hearing a potential client calling. "Hello, I'm Liu Yuegang, a sales consultant for Porsche. I apologize for the delay in attending to you, the store is quite busy." "No problem. I'd like to test drive a 911. Could you arrange that for me?" "Certainly, could you please provide your driver's license? I'll register you and arrange for a test driver to accompany you." Liu Yuegang was somewhat surprised; Su Wei seemed more interested in test-driving than in conversing. Su Wei handed over his license, obtained just last year, and had only driven his family's Volkswagen Lavida. However, he was not particularly nervous about driving the 911, having had ample driving experience in his previous life. As Liu Yuegang saw Su Wei filling out his phone number, the string of 5s made him suspect the number might be fabricated. "Mr. Su, is this your WeChat number? Would you mind if I added you as a friend?" Observing Liu Yuegang—a man of at least 160 cm but not taller than 170 cm, around 25 years old, with a well-built physique and at least 80% in appearance—Su Wei responded, "Sure," for fear of offending him. After Liu Yuegang added him as a friend, he called Su Wei, who promptly ignored the call. "Mr. Su, this is my phone number. If it's not too much trouble, could you please add a note?" With that said, Liu Yuegang went
