Sienna’s heart pounded as she stood frozen in place, her eyes locked with Axel’s. His gaze, even in wolf form, was intense, sending a shiver down her spine. She took a step back, hoping to retreat before the triplets could react. But it was too late. A low growl echoed through the clearing, and before she could turn and run, the wolves shifted back into their human forms—Aiden, Asher, and Axel, standing in their place, bare-chested and looking more dangerous than ever.
“Sienna,” Aiden said, his voice cold and sharp, “you shouldn’t be here.”
She opened her mouth to speak, but no words came out. Her mind was still reeling from what she had just witnessed. Werewolves? The Stone triplets? It didn’t make sense. She stumbled back, her body trembling with fear.
Asher stepped forward, his expression softer than Aiden’s but no less serious. “We don’t have a choice,” he muttered, casting a glance at his brothers. “She saw everything.”
Aiden nodded, his eyes never leaving Sienna. “We can’t let her leave.”
Panic surged through her. “What? You’re not… You’re not going to hurt me, are you?”
Axel, who had been silent up until now, finally spoke, his voice calm but firm. “No. We’re going to protect you. But you can’t go back to your normal life. Not anymore.”
Before Sienna could protest, Aiden stepped closer, his expression unreadable. “You’re coming with us.”
With that, they surrounded her, and despite her protests, they led her deeper into the woods. The triplets’ mansion loomed ahead, a dark, imposing structure hidden in the trees. Sienna’s world was spiraling out of control, and there was no escape.
