"Ah there is the smile we know all too well." Kate laughed and then took a drink of wine. "You two are horrible." Kiera said shaking her head and smiling. 'It was true,' Kiera thought taking a sip of her own wine, 'When was the last time I smiled.' Near the end of June, Kate and Lisa surprised Kiera with a visit. The women stayed for a week. They steered clear of any talk about Sandra or Marcus and even Ryan. Instead, they opted to discuss what they were doing and what Kiera's plans were. Now Kiera did not even know what she was planning to do. "I heard your physical therapist is handsome." Kate said with a wink. "He is nice, but I don't need to date right now."
