Diana and I didn’t speak much throughout the time, but I put a nice song on the radio as we drove on our way to the school so the awkward silence between us could be faded by the sound of music. When we reached the school, I had a hard time finding a good parking spot. But when we finally stopped the car and got out, we joined the rest of the students who were all stepping into the school in their fancy clothes.
