Chapter 13

Scarletts POV

I was so scared  when he said he wanted to mark me, I don't want to be in pain but I want to be his completely so I said “ yes I'm all yours Gabe '' and I felt it. I felt a burn that hurt like hell and then it was washed over with a cooling sensation and i only had a strong desire to sleep and before i fell asleep he said “I love you babe and i'll see you in the morning” and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

I woke up and looked over to see this handsome guy sleeping and I couldn't be more happy. I was staring at him with a smile on my face. I cant believe im his and he’s mine i feel like this is all a dream and i was knocked out of my thoughts when he opened his eyes and said “ Baby girl this isn't a dream and your thoughts are so loud” he said with a smirk and i immediately blushed and said “How can you…” i was cut off by him getting on top of me and kissing me “Babe i marked you i can hear your thoughts and when you mark me we will be able to feel each other's emotions and converse with each other, we will be truly connected in mind and soul” i was speechless and was in tears, he got off of me and he looked at me confused and tilted his head to the side. He brought his hand to my cheek and said “did i say something wrong, beautiful im sorry why are you crying?” and you could hear the desperation for an answer to his question when he said it. I just shook my head no and said “It's not that Gabriel, I'm just moved by what you said. It's happy tears I promise and ... i'm so happy that i saw and found someone that actually loves and adores me for me not for what i can give them”   he stood from the bed and came to my side of the bed and he grabbed me off the bed in a big tight hug and i just loved it, i hugged him back, thinking how i loved him and i was going to be with this man as long as life gave me him. He backed up a little and said “ I love you more than words can explain Scarlett and i love your kids like they were my own baby, It makes me so happy hearing you say that you have made me the happiest man alive.” he came to me and smashed his lips onto mine and i responded with the same passion he brought my body to shivers whenever he touched me even in the slightest way i was addicted to this man in front of me. I looked into his eyes and felt I was destined for this. I felt so right in this moment. As much as i wanted to stay in bed i wanted to see if maddy and jake were ok and i think he sensed it because he brought his mouth to my ear and he softly said “they are safe and they haven't gotten up yet it's only 10 a.m. beautiful you didn't sleep that long and i'm surprised we went to bed at 2 a.m. but the day is young what do you want to do or see with our babies of course” he said with a toothy smile. I Wrapped my hands around his neck, kissed him on the cheek and said “ Baby I'm new to all this you lead and we will follow you ok just one time '' I then laid my head on his shoulder and he kissed my head. “ Ok this one time” he said chuckling and holding his index finger up and i tossed my self on the bed and said “ok ok i get it you are going to be king so you always lead” sticking out my tongue and he came towards me and smacked my ass and said “ You will be leading as well my love, you’ll be by my side as my Queen don't forget that!” I blushed and started laughing and nodded. “Someones gotta tame the big bad wolf” I said laughing, he grabbed me off the bed smacking my ass lightly and said “Come on the kids just woke up they are asking for us. I couldnt help but squeal and start to change to regular clothes when he said “no dear please grab a dress from my closet “ and i put one eyebrow up as if to ask why do you have dresses but he beat me to it and said “I had someone get you some clothes that fit into being a princess of the court and then a queen of the court because we still have to keep appearances up babe” with a sly smile but came to me and hugged me and whispered in my ear “once were are done for the night we can put our birthday suit on for more fun” and I playfully smacked his shoulder and chuckled “yea I bet huh” I said and he rubbed the back of his neck smiling and said

 “ hey can you blame me for wanting what’s mine I’m addicted and I love it and you of course” with a sly smile. I went to the closet and I gasped “oh my god it’s so big and so much stuff” he hummed in response while he was getting dressed himself so I quickly put the dress on and some flats that was in the closet. He grabbed me from the back and said “ Beautiful you look amazing and I can’t wait for you to see the kids they are dressed like a princess and prince and yes Gabby is so happy she gets to dress like a princess she is squealing” he said and I couldn’t help but chuckling as we walked out our room. As we were walking out gabby ran to me “mommy mommy I’m so happy here can we stay forever mommy I’m a real princess here” she was panting and talking cause she was out of breath but so cute to watch. I nodded and said “Yes beautiful we are going to stay here forever because I’m with Gabe now” and she shouted at what I said and was jumping up and down and said “ what are we going to do mommy we have all our stuff home?” And Gabriel interrupted saying “ Hey honey I will get you all new stuff and you can pick out all different types of dresses and shoes and toys. Let’s eat breakfast and then we will start on whatever your little heart desires” as he poked her nose and she giggled and nodded and was running away when I thought what she was doing “ Hey gabby where are you going?” She looked back and started running again and yelled “ to go get jake mommy”. We went to the dining room and sat down and we waited for the kids, that didn’t take long and sat down themselves and then the young girl from the last time came to bring us our breakfast and she smiled and she said “Hello Queen Luna” and I looked at Gabriel and said “ why is everyone calling me Luna and what does it mean hun?” He simply replied “ That’s the title of our alphas mate babe and since your next in line to be queen and your my mate that’s your title.” And I formed an o with my mouth but still quite confused about all the werewolf stuff. I just will ask later, I’m still tired but it will pass I thought.

      We ate and finished and I could swear gabby and jake both had ants in their pants because they wanted to get new stuff for those room of theirs. And since jake has been asking for stickers that go on the walls for a while he was surely gonna get them today and I know Gabe will get them. I started feeling anxious and something wasn’t right but I wasn’t sure and when I looked over at Gabriel he was laughing and joking with the kids so I didn’t do anything and pushed it to the back of my mind. He looked at me and said “ Is everything ok Scarlett” and I nodded and said “ Yes I’m so happy you love them as much as I do” and he put his hand around my shoulders and said “ Babe I love them like they were my own and we have to talk in a little bit about something ok?” I smiled and nodded but the bad feeling was in the Pitt of my stomach and I couldn’t shake it but as much as I hated lying I didn’t want him to worry not for some feeling I had. 

         And at that very moment the windows busted around us and I jumped over the table and grabbed my kids and hid under the table and put my finger to my mouth signaling hush not a word. I heard yelling and growling and screaming and I heard footsteps and I got pulled by my feet and my kids were about to scream and I mouthed I love you and be quiet and I was pushed from under and yanked into the chair. I looked around and saw Gabriel fighting in his wolf and I couldn’t help but admire him and he was taking on all of the guys by himself and winnings that and they looked to where I was looking at and they were scared and I smiled because I knew he was fierce with what was his and he gave them every last bit of anger he was holding. I couldn’t rip my eyes away from him wishing he would get to me and that's when  I felt something hit me but  before everything went black I heard a growl and screaming and bones cracking and a panicked No!!!
