NEW DISCOVERY
Johnson bowed his head over his computer, adding a document into his tray of completed work. As a supervisor, he tracked his staff and had to closely monitor and prepare schedules for the new recruits until they developed advanced procedural skills in the role.
He stared at a new computer operating system with certain glitches. He clicked a few buttons, and once it worked correctly, he picked up the phone and spoke to his customer. Hanging up, he then prepared a schedule of tasks for a few of the newer employees who were still completing their induction process.
