John P.O.V. “What do you mean it got thrown out again?” I yelled into the phone. “The judge said there was not enough evidence to proceed with abonnement charges. Sir, the divorce has been final for over a year, can I just suggest you move on with your life?” My overly expensive lawyer tells me. “No!” I growl into the phone. “She had no right to divorce me. I contested it at every turn. It should never have been approved. I want to overturned.” “Sir, you cannot overturn the divorce unless something was falsely filed. The claims of infidelity were proven and evidence was provided. Unless you can prove that all the evidence was false no judge will even hear your case.
