Amelia P.O.V. Its has been a crazy year with all the changes in my life. I found out I am fae. I left my egotistical husband and I started a job I like and volunteering with a group I love. I have great friends and I am finally feeling like I am moving in a positive direction. Many years ago, magic awakened in the world. The scientists discovered that everyone has some magic DNA in them, but the greater the percentage of DNA, the more magical a person is. With some people transforming into creatures from the fairy tales of old. The world is now divided into those with magic and those without. For the longest time, I thought I was human, but then fate had my politician husband transferred to Border City. This city is the gateway from the human side to the magic side in the USA.
