Chapter 16

Larry saves Jersey

Mitch and Larry were walking at the back, where the rest of the class were scattered on the road towards the valley, Mitch was excited by the love he got from his class mates, he really appreciated their love, but he could not go any further with his clutches. So he told Larry that he has to go back, and he should tell everyone that he will never forget their kindness and love.

“Cool man, its nothing, we are a family you know that,” Larry comforted him.

“Sure, I can attest to that man…. I really wanted to spend more time with you guys but I have to go back.” Mitch told Larry as they shook hands.

“Oh one more thing, if you happen to see Jersey, just tell her that Kerry and Evana already left they could not find her, so they asked me to pass the message to her…..hey don’t forget man, I don’t want trouble with the girls, especially Evana.” Mitch passed the message to Larry.

“I know man, hmm Evana is a cool girl, but don’t worry am not your competition.” Larry assured him.

“Waoh…that’s cool, having you as a competition isn’t a good thing, hey take care and don’t forget my message,” Mitch told Larry as he turned to go back home.

“Easy bro am not your competition, go home and heal first, will wait to see you next term…..I won’t forget your message,” he assured him.

Jersey

On the other side of the valley Jersey was getting excited after taking three big gulps of the alcohol, she started to feel hot, she took off her sweater and loosened her school tie, in her eyes Sam looked extremely handsome.

She looked at him and her mouth felt dry, his lips were all inviting, Sam on the other hand enjoyed how she looked at him, you could tell that she really wanted him and that look, he have been waiting for a long time.

Jersey, felt like her mouth was really dry, and that her glands could not produce any more saliva, and she really needed to wet her lips. Looking at Sam who was also looking at her, she truly wanted his saliva, as if Sam could read her mind he swallowed some saliva, and his Adam apple moved up and down. Out of nowhere she got courage, she stood on her toes and hooked her arms on his neck and their lips touched. Sam was taken by surprise, instead of opening his lips to welcome her in, he sealed his lips tight. Larry

As Larry was making haste to catch up with, his class mate, he noted that Sam was not with the gang, then he remembered Mitch, told him that the girls left without Kerry.

“f**k no, those two are really conniving they deserve each other,” Larry spoke out loud.  As he increased his pace, he noted a trail that still lead to the valley, since he was way behind he decided to use a shortcut to the valley. The place was really breathtaking the bushes and the stones, were in fact huge, he wished Kerry was there with him, am sure she would have loved this place. As he walked his eyes caught a monkey swinging on a tree and picking wild fruits, that seen was indeed beautiful, he forgot everything and watched as more monkeys joined in the tree and they started playing, “waoh I wish I had a camera to capture the scene,” he thought, while smiling.

His silent moment with nature didn’t last for long as he heard some weird noises, noises that were different from the ones the monkeys were making. The noises didn’t seem to come from far, and it’s like it was from the direction he was headed to, so he decided to check and see what was happening.

As he was preparing to hold her down by the shoulder  a familiar voiced asked “guys is everything okay?” they were both surprised, and on top of that Jersey was relieved for a minute there, then she saw Larry looking at them, his eyes had that look of disgust. That why he asked if everything was okay. More importantly he didn’t do it for her, but for the sake of his friendship with Ken her brother, he has always been a great tutor and mentor to him.

He turned to leave, but Sam asked him to wait for a bit, he knew he wanted it to be between them, not to let anyone else know what he has witnessed.

“I know you want to ask me not to tell a soul, just know we are cool bro, but next time, don’t force her if she doesn’t want to…, bye.” He said his words and left.

Sam was really pissed off, “who the hell does he think he is, if I hear a word he will pay for it.”

Jersey was more pissed by Sam, “he is Larry and I know him from primary school, and if he says he won’t say a think, trust me he won’t and please, this ends here!

“What you breaking up with me?” Sam was flabbergasted.

“No Sam we were never dating, we happened to have a thing going on, And I can’t trust you anymore…..if you dare open your mouth, I will say you tried raping me and Larry saved me, what about that? She asked raising an eyebrow.

Sam, swallowed all the words he wanted to say, he saw her for who she truly was, a manipulator and a user, once she had no use for you she dumps you. Then a flashback of how she looked at Larry came back in his mind, “so it was not me all this time but him, she is really a witch,” Sam could not believe it.
