I immediately steadied myself when Eric helped me stood up. The staffs who probably seen us may have started another rumor while Eric here gave me a grin.
My finger raised and when I realized what I was supposed to do with him. He on the other hand just stare at it as if he's not guilty.
"You really need to explain everything!" I whispered loud and clear for him to understand.
"Everything? I don't remember one?" He played confused.
"Don't make me a a fool I know you're the one who slept with me yesterday!"
Wait what did I just say?
"Dr. Andrea stop accusing me like that I did-"
"I meant sleep in a good way not a bad way and whatever! Just come with me!" Then tried pulling his arm to talk with him in one of the empty rooms but before I did someone stopped me.
"Andrea?" Daniel's voice echoed loud and clear while my body stiffened.
"Not again." I whispered.
Maybe Eric noticed the way I acted because he lifted his hand and instead held mine making it look like we're holding hands!
"What are you doing?" I asked whispering but he insisted and together we faced Daniel.
"Is there something you need with my girlfriend?" He asked Daniel which made my eyes turned wide.
What the hell is he talking about his girlfriend?!
But played along and waited if how Daniel would react and when he did he just smiled while clapping his hands.
"So that's why it was so easy for you to forget me, because you were also cheating on me." He sarcastically says which made me boil inside.
He's completely unbelievable!
I noticed how Eric's face held my hand tight as if he was angry and his face literally darkened and before he takes a move, I stopped him already.
"It's okay I'll take it from here." I said and let go of his hand and walk towards Daniel.
I looked at him straight in the eye searching for some reason or answer because it pains me seeing him act like this but I can't erase the fact that he's a total jerk.
"Happy?" I asked him.
"Come on Andrea is he good in bed?" He added which made me slapped him real and hard.
"I don't know what has gotten into you but I thank the heavens I didn't ended up with a miserable man like you, get a life Daniel, stop minding my business go to hell with you new girl!" I said which made him shock because he knew I never acted this way before.
"Andrea?"
"Stop chasing me Daniel, I don't need you anymore." I remarkably said and together with Eric left him there.
When I realized that we were out in the hospital I awkwardly took my hand away from Eric's hold.
"I'm sorry for what you saw." I apologized and he didn't say anything.
Instead of commenting he took his handkerchief and wiped my tears that I didn't even noticed fell from my eyes. He then took his keys and pulled me into his car which had the most amazing scent I had ever smell.
"Where are we going?" I asked him.
"Somewhere you need to think of freely." He answered and I thought of some place where I used to be happy going when I'm sad.
"We still have an hour so think of a place you want to go anything just don't ever go back to that bar again." He said which my smile turned into a glare.
"Will you stop making me recall the stupidity I've made? Just drive I know someplace good and relaxing." I said irritated.
First I told Eric to drop me to a fast food restaurant so that I could get something for us to eat before heading to that sweet place of mine.
"Are you certain that you know the place/" Eric asks and I nodded.
"Don't worry I won't kill you I know the place well." I joked.
"As if you can kill me." He whispered but I heard it well.
"Excuse me I am a doctor and I know where exactly is your weak spot."
"I'm a man and I know what exactly you are needing."
Okay? That offended me much?
"Whatever just drive we're near to my favorite place."
As we draw closer I saw how the trees grew so big that it almost covered the abandoned house I liked visiting with Daniel before. I may feel bad because I let Eric to visit this place that gave me a memorable past which I cherished for years but I guess it's not bad since he's going to be my friend.
Yeah I decided too so that I won't be bothered every time I see his face in the hospital.
Eric then parked the car but before we get out I said that we should eat first.
"Why don't we eat outside?" He asked.
"No, it's better we eat here first the place isn't that good to have a picnic."
"Why?"
"Because it is only meant for adventures." I answered and winked.
While we were eating we both asked each other some random stuffs about where we came from and what are the things we love to do? Actually I learned that he came from Romania before having work that explains why I don't know much from him because he came from a far place.
"Why did you broke up with your boyfriend?" He asked out of nowhere.
"He cheated on me with his co - lawyer."
"And why didn't you notice?"
"Because I don't have time to do so and I trust him that much."
"So now you're having trust issues?"
"No, I mean if the person is good," Then I continued to eat but he just stare at me.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Nothing." He said but his expression makes me feel like he's hurting? Or so I thought.
When we finished eating we decided to have a visit and create some adventure inside of the abandoned house. It was weird that I actually loved this stuffs when I was so scared at first but there's more than that feeling, it somehow makes me remember a scene but I'm not so sure what is it about? It is like I've been here before.
When we were near the house, Eric suddenly grabs my hand.
Is he scared?
"Don't be scared nothing is in there." I said to him but still he forbid me.
"Who took you to this place?" He asked which is so weird.
"My ex boyfriend?" I answered and he immediately pulled me backwards.
"Wait what's going on?"
"We need to leave!"
"What?"
"I aid we need to leave before something happens!" He yelled and I stopped.
"Nothing is in there! I already went inside!" I stated and he suddenly stopped looking me in fear.
"Can you tell me what is wrong?"
"Andrea that place is forbidden for you to go to!"
"How did you know have you been there?" I asked curiously because he seemed to know the place.
"Just listen to me okay!" He screamed louder which made me shut my mouth and follow him.
I'm so mad! I'm so really mad! I don't know what has gotten to Eric to act that way and yell at me! I mean it's like we were cool and okay then he changes the mood.
Argh!! Does he have PMS?!
My anger was only relieve when I felt something is not right in the place. The place suddenly darkens and Eric held me tighter while uttering a different language.
"Draveno Umins" He whispered.
"What?"
"Come on get in the car fast!" He says and I quickly followed his instructions because I myself isn't feeling good in the place.
Since when did this happened? I remember when Daniel and I came here it was all okay! Then I saw how the big black crows followed our way out of the forest while Eric drive seriously fast!
"What's going on?!" I asked him.
"I can't say it now I just want you to close your eyes please."
"Why?"
"Just do what I say." He said and so I did.
I don't know exactly what happened next because right before I closed my eyes. Eric whispered something that made me sleep.
