Calamity Dungeon

In 2018, The newest and technological breakthrough was made in Japan, The WaveGear was made public to everyone as they were releasing a new game with the gear as well. The Game was called Calamity Dungeon, A MMORPG game that would be the newest game with realistic and fantasy combined into one. Everyone within the gaming industry was excited to try this new game out and this new technology. I was walking home with my newly bought WaveGear and copy of Calamity Dungeon. I was very excited to play this game when I got home, "I'm Home!" I said as I took off my shoes in my house and closed the front door, Locking the metal outside door only. Confused that No one responded I walked through the hallway and into the kitchen, Seeing a note on the table, I picked up the note and read the note. "Hey Son, I'm going to be out for a while, your auntie should be here soon to watch over you. there are leftovers in the fridge for you. I'm sorry I had to leave like this unexpectedly. Be safe while I'm gone son! -From Mom" The note said as I put it back on the table. I then set my WaveGear Box and the game case on the table as I looked in the fridge for the leftovers. I found the leftover food as it was Chow Mein and Fried rice with Orange chicken. I took out the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice out of the refrigerator and put in the Microwave as I waited. After a minute or two, The food was heated up and ready to be eaten, I took out the fried rice and orange chicken as I ate. It was getting late as I looked at the window seeing it was sunset. "Oh shoot! I need to hurry up!" I said as I ate quickly and drank water, Washed the dishes, and heard the doorbell ring. I then dried my hands saying "I'm coming!" as I then speed walked over to the door. I opened the door as It was Auntie Sharon as she waved saying "Senko! Your so big!" as she then hugged me, stuffing my face into her chest as I pushed back saying "C'mon auntie! I'm not that young again" as she chuckled a bit. Auntie Sharon is a 5'10 ft woman in her mid 20s, She works as a Actor as she mostly plays fantasy roles of elves, wizards, etc. Auntie Sharon walked in as I closed the door behind her. "Your getting tall Sen, The last time I saw you were so small" Auntie Sharon said as I then said "Yeah, I'm growing remember" as I then walked over to the kitchen to pick up my WaveGear box and my game case. "You know what to do right?" Sharon said as she sat down in the living room as I was walking towards my room saying "Yes Auntie, I know what to do." Entering my room and closing it behind me. Auntie Sharon smiled a bit saying "They grow so fast" as she turned on the TV. I had put up a do not disturb sign on my door as I sat on my bed and opened up the WaveGear box. I can feel my heart pumping as adrenaline was starting to run throughout my body. I picked up the visor out of the box as I then saw within the box, was a pair of gloves as well. "Are these necessary?" I thought to myself as I picked up the gloves out of the box and read the box instructions. Seeing that the Gloves were necessary on the box, I put on the gloves as I noticed how comfy the gloves were. "These gloves are comfy" I thought to myself as I then connected the visor to the Ethernet Plug in on my wall just above my bed. I picked up the Game case as I looked at it for a bit. The Game case was a bit small as the game was a small chip that was supposed to be put into the visors chip reader. I then opened the game case as I picked up the Game chip and opened the slot for the game. I then put the game into the slot, as the visor was fully booted up and I put it on. "Alright, Just one step away" I thought to myself as I then lay down on the bed as I heard the Visor say "Close your eyes and prepare for a Link" I followed what I was told as I closed my eyes as the Visor then said "Starting Link in 3.......2.......1.......Initiating Link!" as I took in a heavy breath, Scared of the unknown and what was going to happen. I then opened my eyes a second later to see a Menu screen. "Welcome to Calamity Dungeon! Please type your name Player" A voice said as I was oddly confused, freaked out, and amazed at the same time. "Alright, whatever you say...Weird voice person...." as I looked down to see a small notification saying "Enter your name" as there was a keyboard in front of me. "What should I enter.." I thought to myself as I then thought "Oh whatever, I'll just enter my last name since it's easier for me to remember" as I then Pushed in the word "Kaijin" into the Textbox and pressed enter. "Would you like to use the name 'Kaijin'?" as I pushed the Yes button. "Woah, I can actually feel the button.." I said to myself as the voice from earlier then said "Welcome.... to Calamity Dungeon Kaijin" as I looked around to see the environment change into a bright world as the sun caught my eyes. Moving my hand up to cover my eyes from the sun a bit, I noticed my hand was bigger than normal. I then looked down onto my hands as I thought "Did....Did I grow into an Adult..?" as I then looked around the town.
