Chapter 17
The boys made it back to Peaceful Valley an hour or so after dark. The headlights made the trip through the last dozen or so miles much easier, something they weren’t used to. Robbie and Ronnie told their mom and dad that they needed to have a meeting tomorrow and headed home. Sean said he’d inform his parents of the meeting and Zack would get Lance and the gals here early. James said he’d run over to the Wimberley’s at dawn, while Robbie said he’d go to the Carston’s.
The meeting convened at the Lindgren’s by mid-morning. Robbie was surprised to see Kim out and about, as was most everyone else, but she had Sean on one side and Brenda on the other.
