His Mate

    "Mom, I am so nervous. The mating ceremony is in 2 weeks." Elizabeth said     "Everything will be fine dear. You know very well that if you will not find your mate at the ceremony, Alpha Aaron is more then willing to make you his mate." her mom said.     Alpha Aaron was the new Alpha of the Red Moon Pack and he did not find his mate until the age of 24 years old so he decided to attend to the last mating ceremony this year. He always had a soft spot for Elizabeth and she was always fascinated by him.     She took a deep breath and said: "And what if he finds his mate this year?"     "Liz" her mother took her shaking hands in her own "The Godness Moon of all werewolves knows better. Have a little faith, my dear." and she left Elizabeth's room.     Liz took another book from her little library and started reading. After a few minutes, she felt as sleep was making it's way to her eyes and close the book drifting to sleep. "My dear Elizabeth" she heard a voice in her sleep talking to her "Tomorrow is your 18th Birthday and I will give you one of my precious gifts to you" "Who are you?" she asked the soft voice "I am the Godness Moon of all werewolves," she said "My Queen, thank you for your gift"  "My dear sweet Elizabeth. I will give you the most precious of my possessions but I have to warn you," she paused "The path you will have to follow will be a very hard path but with love and carrying I sure you will manage to achieve what I expect from you. Are you willing to follow the path chosen by me?" she asked "I will do anything you will ask from me, my Queen," Liz said "Tomorrow at your Birthday party you will shine and all the members of your pack will see a Queen in you. All the Pack will bound their heads and your Alpha will want to mark you, but you will refuse. You will wait for the mating ceremony and you will chase the mate I have chosen for you as the law requests it. In return, I will give you all that future you have read in your books, all that happily ever after, only if you will be able to follow the difficult path I have chosen for you." she said "I will do as you ask, my Queen." Liz said "Very well my dear. You will not speak to anyone about our talk. You will need to find your path on your own." she said "Yes" Liz said and woke up.     It was morning and she heard a knock on her door "Come in."     "Happy Birthday baby" she heard her parents say.     "Thank you"     "Tonight you will have your party in the packhouse so get a pretty dress." her mom dais giving her the credit card.     Liz took the credit card from her parents and went shopping. She didn't remember the dream she had the other night anymore and she just wanted to have the most beautiful day in her life. She took her time searching for a dress and when she found the right one she went back home. On her way home, she stopped by a book store and bought some books as well.     She arrived home and decided to take a long bath and after prepare for her Birthday Party. When he got out of the bath she went to her dressing room and took out the long red dress that she had chosen for tonight. She has chosen that dress because she knew how well the color went with her white skin and her waist-long black hair. When she got in front of her beauty mirror she decided to put a smokey eye makeup which was putting her blue-grey eyes in the most beautiful light.     When she was done her father came in and looked at her "You have become an outstanding woman and I am very proud of you. You look gorgeous" he said     She blushed "Thank you, dad. Can we go now?"     They arrived at the packhouse and the moment she entered the ballroom everybody was looking at her like she was their Luna. Alpha Aaron came and took her hand in his kissing it. "You look breathtaking" he said     "Thank you Alpha" she said blushing     "May I?" he gestured for her to dance and she nodded     When they started dancing all eyes were on them and she felt like she was a Queen. Everybody bounded their heads when she turned to look at them "Why is everybody acting like this?" she asked looking at Aaron.     "They sense that you are special to me" he said     "What do you mean?" she asked     "I... I don't want you to leave me Liz." he said and she looked shocked "You know that I had always a soft spot for you and I decided that I would like you to be my Luna" he said     "Alpha..."     "No, just Aaron. Please listen to me." he said cutting her "Just tell me you want it and I will mark you right now. You won't have to ever leave the pack. You will become their Luna and I will cherish you for the rest of our lives." he said     "Aaron" she wanted to accept and then she heard "Elizabeth, remember you dream, remember your path, remember our conversation!" and she remembered the dream and the Godness Moon Queen request. She looked at Aaron and said "I need to find my path. I need to do the mating ceremony. And if you are willing to accept, then if I don't find my mate there I will become your Luna, Alpha"     He looked at her and just smiled "In 2 weeks you will become my Luna, I am sure of that."     When the party ended they all went home and her parents wanted to know what happened. She told them that she wanted to do the mating ceremony at least once and that she felt like The Godness Moon Queen would approve her choice.     Days had passed and 2 weeks flew. She prepared herself for the ceremony and took the bus that took all the unmated werewolves over 18 years old to the Golden Pack territory for the ceremony. The ride took only 2 hours and when they arrived, everybody was given a room to prepare for the ceremony.
