Rocky
“I found something!” Autumn yelled from the top of the stairs.
Rocky jumped up and raced up the stairs to her. She handed him a packet of papers and pointed to a paragraph. Rocky frantically read over it, not once but twice.
“I’ll be damned,” Rocky said with a smile.
“What? Do you know where this is?”
“I absolutely do. I think it’s time you meet someone, Autumn.”
“What the f**k, Rocky? This isn’t the time to be weird.”
“Come on. I’ll explain to you when I tell everyone.”
They went back down the stairs, just as Dru was walking in the front door.
“What’s up,” Dru said, as more of a statement than a question.
“We’ve got something,” Rocky said, pleased.
