Autumn
The ride to Rocky’s place was silent. Autumn knew Rocky felt bad, and she also knew she had been too hard on him. As much as she wanted to blame him for what had happened, it wasn’t his fault. She had been the one to land herself and Brody in Vincent’s clutches in the first place. Young and hellbent on rebelling against the responsibility of raising her younger brother, she had ended up in debt to Vincent.
