I just have a sinking feeling in my gut about letting that wild siren go free. “Should I have killed her?” I ask the prince as I stare off into the shadows where the siren ran. “No,” he answers. “Well… I don’t know… it’s really… complicated…” I look back over my shoulder at him and he’s got that lost puppy look on his face again. He’s shifting his weight back and forth nervously and scratching his head. This whiny little prince is really starting to get on my nerves.
