Chapter 23
James POV:
After I was done with dealing the last parent inside my office, I called up Lindsay and asked her if anyone else was outside. Parents usually visited the school to either admit their other children or to get knowledge about their children studying in the school. As the term was coming to an end, I was occupied with a lot of parents and a few complaints. Summer vacations were just a few days ahead and then I'd be free from one stress at least.
“Is that all?” I asked my receptionist.
“Yes, Mr. Black, that's all. Should I close down now? It's 4 PM,” Lindsay asked.
“Yes, you can go now.” I closed the call soon after that and packed up my things. I left most of my things back in the office as I didn't need to take it home. I worked here mostly as I had other thin
