Shaun's POV.
"Okay, so I'll see you back here a little later. Be safe out there."
I smiled at Amanda and waited for her to get out of the car. We were standing in front of her apartment building.
Only Amanda didn't get out. She remained in her seat and stared at me with a weird look in her eyes. Next thing I know, she threw herself at me and flung her arms around my neck. She put her mouth next to my ear and breathed into it.
What on earth was she doing? I tried to pull away from her, but she tightened her grip around my neck and planted a kiss on my cheek. She pulled away from me, but kept her arms around my neck. Her face was only inches away from mine. Her eyes were intense.
"Please be careful Shaun. Come home safe."
