“And then you swing it like this,” Hunter demonstrated as he swung his blade in the air and I tried to imitate his movement.
“Your arms are stiff. You need to be flexible,” Hunter told me as he dropped his sword and approached me but someone cleared their throat, making Hunter and I turn to him.
“Elder Ronan wants to see you in his cottage, Maddy.” One of the wolves announced and I stopped in my tracks.
I turned to Hunter, and we shared a look before I turned to the wolf.
“Right now?” I asked and the wolf nodded.
“We’ll end here for today then. Just practice how you swing your hands with the blade. Imagine your hand and the blade are one, like fluid,” Hunter explained, and I nodded before I turned away and followed the wolf.
I stopped in front of Elder Ronan’s cottage
