The wind in the cave was cool enough to be comfortable with the embers of the fire still radiating small amounts of heat. Birds near by woke Aciah up to a beautiful morning melody. She didn't know sleep was so peaceful outside of the norm that she was use to. Nothing much could beat where she was now.
E died out the rest of the embers when he noticed Aciah was awake. He started to pack up his belongings and handed a leather satchel to her with a crescent moon sewed into the front of it. "Let's Go," was all he said in a dull tone.
Aciah moved perky and quick to be on another journey. Being away from home was actually refreshing. All of the consistent responsibilities were exhausting when there was no one to talk to or nothing to do besides work.
They began their journey walking through the forest for most of the day. It lasted for several days. They camped outside under the stars when it wasn't storming, ate on the go what ever they hunted, and started bonding in a strange but comfortable silence. They didn't exchange much conversation since E was so vague with words.
Reaching the end of the forest there was a chateau made of stone that resembled a castle with log cabins perfectly arranged in a line on both sides. A brick road was beautifully maintained one the walk in that made Aciah mesmerized. E etched claw marks on the Stone wall that opened up the access to the chateau.
What are we doing here? Is this your home? How many people live here? You must be a rich Alfa? Aciah rambled on with the questions one after another. persistent with wanting to know more about E she ran infront of him and place both her hands on his chest causing a spark of electricity run through her body. She was trying to get him to stop and talk to her. Her body went into a lustful state that she never trained to handle before.
He closed his eyes and placed his hands around her wrists to take them off of him. Aciah turned beet red when she noticed his eyes turning from a glowing blue to a deep marigold. She stepped aside and continued to let him lead her into the large double doors.
People from inside all started to work like bees in a hurry. They moved swiftly out of his way. A beta wolf came to him whispered and he declared war in one word.
E stood on the balcony at the top of the chateau and howled. Every wolf with in 20 miles came in a matter of moments. They congregated in an orderly manner. When the last wolf arrived in place E yelled, "Bellicose"
The crowd cheered and started getting ready for battle. Aciah wondered if she just walked into a full on war with E on her side. She turned around to try to get answers but a woman came to get her before she could speak. "Let's go please," she said.
Pulling Aciah into a room with Thyra standing in the middle like a battle queen the lady left closing the door behind her. Thyra waging war with wolves and witches stunned Aciah. A meticulous smile crossed Thyra's face. "We stand united they fall quickly. We stand divided they conquer all species," Thyra said before greeting Aciah properly.
Who is E? Aciah questioned curiously. Thyra just gave her a giggle. Why does he look familiar? Thrya simply replied to her that it was because he is her mate sent by the moon goddess and his name was actually Edric.
Eric was the last royal Alfa wolf and he had been around for over two centuries ruling his lands. The night that Aciah had her moment outside her coronation room in the gardens he was actually the wolf she saw. Edric was hunting a criminal who stole from his people. The moment he landed eyes on Aciah he knew she was his. He was avoiding that conflict until he was done with the criminal.
Aciah's mind almost emploded, her heart ached, and her mind was racing. Was she going to accept her mate or reject him was a huge decision. Based on the last couple days they spent together he barely spoke to her much less a life time together. Aciah sat down to process what her next moves would be.
Thyra called a couple maids in to comfort Aciah since she was use to it back home. Dozing off from fatigue she dreamed of being in his arms. Aciah rubbed his chest where his scars were and slid the tip of her fingers down his perfect abs to his thick and hard bulge. She sat on his lap and nipped on his marking spot. Rocking back and forth her body moist with sweat and filled with thick cream between her folds she was just on the peak of becoming completely his. An alarm rang and woke her up before she could get any further. "Damn it," was all she could mutter under her breathless panting lips.
