Monday
“HOLY CRAP,” CALEB said. “I’ve never seen so many electric trains.”
Jethro was too dumfounded to speak, and just stared.
“Let me show you what they can do,” Josh said, and went to the control panel.
When the lights came on in the model city and the trains started running around the tracks, Jethro began to jump up and down with excitement.
They kept the trains going until Josh looked at a clock on the wall.
“It’s way past suppertime,” he said. “I think it’s time for scrambled eggs and bacon. Is that alright with you guys?”
“Yes, Sir,” Caleb said, and as usual, Jethro nodded in agreement.
