CHAPTER 11
Sal and Micky pulled in behind another agent’s car and quietly exited their car. They joined the other agent, who was waiting for others to arrive, He was watching the house to make sure the children were not moved before they could be freed.
“Is anything happening?” asked Micky.
“No,” answered the agent. “There has been no movement since I arrived. Alex said one of the leaders was watching this group. If at all, possible, he wants him caught.”
“I know,” agreed Sal. “Alex really wants to get his hands on him. He gets angry when anyone preys on small children. It takes a certain type of callousness to target the young. The cowards can’t pick on anyone who can fight back.”
