One day I woke up because of my mother's cry. "Elaine wake up! Hurry up, go to school!" Mom shouted. "Yes, mom!" My response to her was frustrating. "Hurry up! You might be late at your school!" My mother said. "Yes, mom! I'm coming!" I answer her. I got up and stretched. I combed my hair after I washed my face and went downstairs. "Come on and eat here! I cooked your favorite food, Elaine.“ My mother said, smiling already. "Thank you, mom!" I response happily. ."Let me do the busting. You go, hurry in the school. You might be late." My mama said. "All right, mom, I'll go now!" I answered . "Haiissttt! It's my first day at school and I hope I will have a friend here." I talk to myself cheerfully. I heard the sound of a bell. 'Wait, the bell has rung." I said with joy when suddenly someone spoke behind me. "Hi!" The man greets me. "hello," I replied. "I'm Jerrald Degosman. Nice meeting you and you are?" He asked me. "I'm Elaine Cruz." My answer. Jerrald was my classmate in almost every subject except Math and English. We always chatted and had lunch breaks together, so here, we started to be friends and later, we became close to each other. I consider him my best friend because of this.
