No one likes making mistakes. We really hate making mistakes. We feel really bad when we make especially a silly mistake in the presence of people. It really irritates us when we make a mistake. If you ask an average learner in any field, whether he/she likes committing errors, if they're sincere enough to tell you they'll tell you they really hate it.

However, I want you to know that mistake is a very powerful thing.

Mistakes are very powerful in the sense that they either destroy or make you better .

Every professional you see today and probably admire, once made mistakes. Success or excellence is the product of several corrected mistakes.

In life, no one is above mistake.

Mistakes can serve as valuable learning opportunities, allowing individuals to:1. *Gain new insights*: Understand what went wrong and how to improve.2. *Develop new skills*: Acquire skills or knowledge needed to avoid similar mistakes.3. *Improve decision-making*: Refine decision-making processes to minimize errors.4. *Build resilience*: Develop coping strategies and learn to bounce back from setbacks.By acknowledging and learning from mistakes, individuals can grow, improve, and become more effective in their personal and professional lives.

I personally don't like making mistakes. I feel hurt been told that I'm wrong I how corrections has made me better so far.

HOW TO BECOME BETTER AFTER MAKING A MISTAKE

1. Admit you made a mistake and take the responsibility of your mistake. Many people don't like admitting that they commit errors even if it's glaring in their faces. Admitting and being responsible for your mistakes helps you become personally better, and professional. Don't argue stuff around when you discover that you are wrong. Accept it no matter what. It's not foolishness it's rather a show of integrity.

Many marriages and relationships get broken and scattered because of this reason, everyone claims to be correct when they're wrong. They claim they're right when they're actually wrong. In this case the blame game takes the lead. At this point quarrels and fight easily set in.

2. Be correctable...

Most people are never correctable at all.

cannot correct them when they are wrong. Becoming better after making mistakes requires a growth mindset, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn from errors. Here are some strategies to help you improve:

1. Acknowledge and accept your mistakes

Recognize your errors, take responsibility, and avoid blaming others or making excuses.

2. Analyze and identify the root cause

Reflect on the situation, and try to understand what led to the mistake. Identify the root cause to prevent similar errors in the future.

3. Learn from the experience

Extract valuable lessons from your mistakes. Ask yourself:

- What could I have done differently?

- What skills or knowledge do I need to acquire?

- How can I apply this experience to future situations?

4. Develop a growth mindset

View mistakes as opportunities for growth and development. Believe that your abilities and intelligence can be improved through effort and learning.

5. Create an action plan

Based on your analysis and lessons learned, create a plan to correct your mistakes and prevent similar errors in the future.

6. Seek feedback and support

Ask for feedback from others, including mentors, colleagues, or friends. Be open to constructive criticism and use it to improve.

7. Practice self-compassion

Treat yourself with kindness and understanding when you make mistakes. Avoid self-criticism and focus on learning from your errors.

8. Celebrate your progress.

Acknowledge and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Recognize that learning from mistakes is a process .

9. Be positively minded about the process.... .

THE MISTAKE OF RELATIONSHIPS
THOSE WHO CROWN KINGS DO NOT LOOK LIKE KINGS ; BEWARE !!! There was this poor man who *wrote a book at the age of 40* and decided to launch it on his Birthday. He had no money to fund the launching and so, *he decided to seek help from a millionaire* in his community. He made a visit to the Millionaires home and after they exchanged pleasantries, he told his host what brought him. The Millionaire told him to take out a piece of paper and pen. He said, " I will give you a test. If you pass it, I will give you the money you need and if you fail, I will still give you the money" He then told him to write down the names of 10 people who could give him 10k each for his book during the launch. Surprisingly, the man could not write even 3 names. Now, take a glass of water and let me tell you something.. It is not enough to have talent and skills. You must understand the power of building valuable relationship. It was a wise man that said, *your network is directly proportional to your net worth.* *_Relationship is a currency_* Relationship is a stream of income. Everything in this life actually reproduces on the basis of relationship. See eh, *Who likes you in this life matters.* Men are lifted through men. *Many of us are talented but we lack a cup bearer* to tell the King that there is a Joseph that can interpret dreams. *Who you know matters a lot in this life.* Don't say it doesn't matter. It does. There are heights and opportunities you will never attain if you don't understand *the power of Keeping Valuable Relationships* . When they say, *turn and greet your neighbour at times, you don't even know who you are talking to* . That might be the CEO of a company. But sometimes, *we despise people based on their outward looks and judge them wrongly.* Have this wisdom am sharing with you. That person you sit with, or the colleagues at work that you look down on, may be the ones that will lead you to your destiny helper because you have no idea who they know. Sometimes, it takes just a recommendation to change your story. *Don't despise men in Life.* You will need them one day. Sometimes *those who crown Kings don't look like kings* and may never become kings but they can help you wear the crown. Again, Shut the door of relationship gently; you may need to use it tomorrow. Please value even the least person, because, that person might be the one to wear you the crown ! *Your full participation in any group or environment you meet yourself will speak volume when you need the group in future* LETS NOT FORGET EVERY ONE IS A PLUS!!
