The List of Rewards

I listened to her soft sweet voice mentioning the rewards and my heart began to rumble. I love rewards, especially extravagant special ones.

After you exit here, you can view the reward list at any time from your personal profile. Here is the list of the rewards with your assessment:

Special Intelligence Assessment: poor.

Special Endurance Assessment: poor.

Special Agility Assessment: outstanding.

Rewards:

Level zero rewards:

Double sword skill: passive skill. it enables the player to use two swords efficiently.

Sword shadow skill: active skill. it makes the sword hit the target without showing any movement. It requires five stamina. Duration: ten seconds. CD: fifteen seconds.

The Pioneer Title: Special Title. Unique only for player Ozwald the just. In the radius of fifty meters, any monster will be subjected to a weakened state that lasts as long as the title is equipped.

One lifestyle class skill that the player chooses by himself.

Level Ten Rewards:

Sword of fire skill: passive skill. it creates a layer of fire that lingers around the sword. Each strike with the sword will cause a burning effect that causes one percent damage to the target per second. The duration of burn starts from one second per strike and increases when the level of the skill is increased.

The Maker lifestyle class: unique lifestyle class. it enables the player to create skill books.

Level thirty Rewards:

Sword Assassin secret class: secret class, tailored for player Ozwald the just. It combines Strength with high Agility. It has its own skill tree.

Level Fifty Rewards:

Flying sword skill: Active skill. Swords Assassin class only. it enables the players to send swords strikes flying from a far distance. The number of swords, the range, and the damage created by the strikes vary according to the level of the skill.

One Augmenting skill that the player chooses by himself.

Black panther egg: special bet egg. Conditions to hatch will be figured out by the player himself.

Level one hundred Rewards:

Black phoenix egg: special bet egg. Conditions to hatch will be figured out by the player himself.

Two Augmenting skills that the player chooses by himself.”

I listened to this long list of rewards, what surprised me was some rewards even stretched to level one hundred, one hundred! That was unbelievable. Would I still be playing such a boring game all this time?

What I could retrieve from that kid’s memories, after nearly two years of playing continuously there, the highest level he ever reached was only forty-three. As for the whole game, the highest one was sixty-eight.

So, for me to gain all this long awesome list of rewards I needed to play for more time than that kid, nearly double his. I doubted I had the intention or will to do so. I only came here as this was the only place that felt like home.

I didn’t intend to stay here forever, I needed to find a way to train again.

“Player Ozwald, are you ready to choose your character general look or do you prefer to keep the looks you have now?”

Her words pulled me out of my thoughts, as I was taken aback with her question. I tried to recall if the kid had such a memory however I couldn’t. either this memory was lost or neglected, or this offer was special to me right now.

“May I ask if this is exclusive to me? I don’t recall reading any of this in a game manual.”

“This is part of the game recognition for its player ranked as the first. Being a ranker in this game would bring you many benefits that many don’t even realize they exist.”

I didn’t have any reason to refuse such a good treatment, who was dumb enough to refuse any privileges, no matter how small they were. As for this one, I really was in a bad need for such a thing, so I asked at once:

“To what degree can I change my looks?”

Suddenly a strange long screen appeared in front of me. In the middle of it, there was a miniature picture of this kid's body, however beside this body there were some controls that looked like joysticks.

“This is the modifying panel for your character shape, you are free to change everything you like, however I must remind you this is a one time offer. Once you approve the final shape of your character, you can’t change it ever again.”

Who would want to keep that silly kid look anyway? I wanted to regain my handsome muscular old looks back. I then began to experiment with these joysticks until I understood their purpose, and so I began to regain my old self back again.

I didn’t know how long I took to finish my manipulation with these joysticks. I didn’t care about all the time in the world, as the moment I finished and chose to approve my design, my whole body changed miraculously from that weak little body of the boy to my old big and virile self.

I felt like being reborn a whole again, truly resurrected in flesh and soul.

At this historical moment for me I decided, I would never leave this game until I find a way to move my body to that kid’s world. Otherwise this would be my real world.

“Congratulations player Ozwald the just, you completed your introductory phase successfully, and now you can go to the game world and start playing there if you want.”

I was happy, truly happy by this blessing of having my old body back. Although some things weren’t the same as my old body, I knew this would just take some time to resolve.

However my happiness couldn’t cloud my judgment as there was something still missing.

“What about my rewards?”

I was level zero; however I had a list of rewards available to me for level zero and I didn’t get any of them yet.

“You will get these rewards once you start the game, do you want me to start the game now?”

I sighed, I had nothing left to do here except this super beauty in front of me, however she was still as cold as ever since my first seeing her.

“Can I see you again?”

She looked at me then chuckled as she replied:

“If you have any second thoughts about me then drop it, I’m just a programming data, not a real person like yourself. However I really appreciate the compliment, and now good luck.”

What a cold stunning looking lady! Before I could even open my mouth to say goodbye, the whole world changed around me, and instead of that calm vast bright place, I found myself in a slightly dark place.
