“I’ll see you in chemistry.” He said to me with a small grin on his face I nodded with a warm smile then pulled him in for a quick hug and waved him goodbye before turning around and making my way to my AP literature classroom.
Noah, Zion, and I applied for the course at the start of the semester but Noah dropped it after two classes because his dad apparently didn’t want him to get involved in anything concerning literature. He was going to be taking over the family real estate before so what does he need literature for? Those were his dad’s words to him and it broke my heart when he told me because I know just how interested Noah is in literature. We both are. We both aspire to be writers in the future.
