Chapter 103

1090 Words
Simona was indeed surprised. The Joseph family had secretly allied with the Azure. According to their plan, Vincent should have been tied up dealing with the Azure in Nacehope City. How could he suddenly be here? Did something unexpected happen with the Azure? "Aren't you supposed to be in Nacehope City?" Simona couldn't help but ask. Vincent chuckled softly. "You thought I wouldn't find out about your alliance with the Azure? Well, too bad for you, the Azure has been wiped out. Now it's your turn." "What? Wiped out?" Simona was stunned. 'The Azure, the top gang in Nacehope City, destroyed? Impossible! This had to be a lie!' Simona scoffed. "Vincent, stop bluffing. You, taking down the Azure? Not a chance." Seeing that Simona didn't believe him, Vincent didn't bother arguing. His face turned cold. "Simona, I warned you before. If the England Joseph family dared to come here again, I'd kill every last one of you. Clearly, you didn't take my words seriously." As he finished speaking, a wave of murderous intent emanated from Vincent. He had given Simona a chance before, but she was foolish enough to ignore it and come back. "Hahaha!" Simona laughed loudly. "Vincent, I don't know how you got back from Nacehope City, but if you think you can kill me, you're mistaken!" "Well, perfect timing! I'm gonna kill you now and settle the score for that slap you gave me!" Her face twisted with rage as she ordered, "Kill him!" At her command, over a hundred of the England Joseph family's elite fighters rushed towards Vincent. Vincent shook his head. Some people just couldn't see reality until it was too late. Simona was clearly one of those people. Without a word, he took a sip of coffee. Shadows flickered as the Knights behind Vincent surged forward. The clash was intense and immediate. This time, Simona had brought specially trained elites, the absolute core of the England Joseph family's strength. Unfortunately for them, they were up against the Knights of the Round Table. The Knights, seasoned by battlefield experience, moved with perfect coordination, their combined force unstoppable. One by one, the Joseph family's elites were slain, their screams echoing through the air. Simona's face grew grim. These were the best of her family, and their deaths were a devastating loss. Even if she managed to kill Vincent, she couldn't explain this defeat when she returned. Simona, filled with murderous intent, spoke up sharply, "Dark Demon, kill them for me!" Beside her, Dark Demon responded confidently, "My lady, rest assured, leave it to me!" With lightning speed, he darted forward. With a loud crash, Dark Demon sent a Knight flying with a single punch. His mastery of top-tier assassination techniques was evident in his formidable display of strength. Other Knights rushed to intercept him, trying to keep him away from Vincent. "Good timing!" Dark Demon roared, charging forward despite the Knights' efforts to stop him. "My lord..." Galahad couldn't bear to watch any longer and asked. Vincent remained silent but nodded slightly. With Vincent's approval, Galahad immediately rushed into action. "Don't be arrogant. Your opponent is me!" Galahad shouted loudly as he swiftly closed in on Dark Demon. Then he delivered a powerful punch. The two clashed fiercely with a thunderous impact. Dark Demon halted momentarily, looking at Galahad with astonishment. "You're strong!" "Hahaha!" Galahad laughed heartily. "Old man, ready to check out my mad skills?" With his declaration, Galahad surged forward with an overwhelming killing intent. Witnessing such a powerful opponent emerge halfway through the battle, Dark Demon was profoundly shocked. Practitioners of Eastern martial arts were among the elite. 'Even in England, they are extremely rare. How could such a terrifyingly strong man exist in the small city of M? Moreover, according to Galahad's respectful demeanor towards Vincent, it is clear that Vincent is more than just a master to him—he sees himself as a servant. Who exactly is Vincent?!' In an instant, Dark Demon's mind raced with countless thoughts, but he had no time to ponder. Galahad had already charged towards him. "Don't get cocky!" Dark Demon shouted and launched an attack. The two engaged in a fierce battle, their clashes resonating loudly, preventing anyone nearby from getting close. With both being such formidable fighters, their battle was like a tempestuous sea. Bang! Suddenly, Dark Demon was sent flying backwards, blood spilling from his mouth. He stared at Galahad in disbelief. "How is this possible? You're so powerful!" After their confrontation, Dark Demon realized he was no match for Galahad. Even though Dark Demon had honed his assassination skills to the highest level, he was still utterly inadequate against Galahad. He couldn't fathom Galahad's true strength. Galahad grinned at Dark Demon and remarked, "Old man, you've got some skills, better than that other guy in black robes from before!" Upon hearing this, Dark Demon's eyes turned bloodshot. "Did you kill my student?" he demanded. Galahad realized, "So that was your student. No wonder you both dress in black, looking like funeral escorts!" "Damn you! Today, I will avenge my student!" Dark Demon roared, his aura surging as he lunged forward. "Ha-ha-ha, well done!" Galahad laughed heartily, joining the fray. Just as the two sides clashed again, a shadow too fast to see with the naked eye darted past. In the next moment, Vincent's hand gripped Dark Demon's throat. "My lord..." Galahad stopped abruptly, astonished at Vincent's sudden intervention. Vincent glanced at him, slightly annoyed. "You talk too much," he snapped. Galahad was great at everything except his habit of bickering with opponents during fights. Why bother with so many words when you could just fight? Galahad gave an embarrassed chuckle. He knew he had this bad habit but just couldn't seem to shake it. "Who are you? Let me go!" Dark Demon's face turned red as he gritted his teeth and struggled with all his might. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't break free from Vincent's grip. Vincent's fingers felt like steel, unmovable. "You're not worthy of knowing who I am," Vincent said coldly, then applied a bit more pressure. With a crisp crack, he snapped Dark Demon's neck. Dark Demon's face showed utter disbelief. He hadn't expected to be so powerless before Vincent, as helpless as a child. Even more shocking was that Vincent didn't waste a single word before killing him. With a thud, Vincent threw Dark Demon's lifeless body to the ground without a second glance. His eyes then flashed as he looked towards Simona.
