"You..." Simona was stunned as she watched Vincent effortlessly slay Dark Demon. Dark Demon was a specialist in assassination techniques, the strongest killer of the England Joseph family aside from Mr. Black! Yet Vincent had killed him so easily.
The Joseph family's current stature in England owed much to Dark Demon's prowess. He not only eliminated their adversaries but also shielded the family's high ranks from numerous assassination attempts. With Dark Demon dead, it was a devastating blow to the entire family.
Meanwhile, all the other hundreds of fighters were slain by the Knights. Blood stained the ground, bodies scattered everywhere. Vincent gazed at Simona, and then he took measured steps towards her.
Terrified, Simona screamed, "Stay away! If you harm me, the Joseph family won't spare you!" She was genuinely afraid now. Even Dark Demon, such a top-tier killer, couldn't match Vincent. Just how powerful was Vincent?
'Oh God! How did I provoke such a terrifying demon?' Simona regretted deeply. She regretted provoking Vincent and even coming to Z City. Now, it seemed like Death itself was approaching her.
Vincent stared at Simona expressionlessly. "I warned you before not to come here, but you didn't listen. It seems I must teach you a profound lesson."
Simona pleaded, "Please, don't kill me! I'll give you anything... even myself. I'm still a virgin. Many wealthy young men desire me. I'm willing to give myself to you!"
In the face of death, what did the dignity of the Joseph family's young miss matter? None of it mattered now. Simona was like a lamb awaiting slaughter.
Vincent replied calmly, "Rest assured, I won't kill you. You're not worth me doing it."
Vincent turned to Galahad and commanded, "Galahad, disfigure her. I never want to see this monstrous face again."
Upon hearing this, Galahad grinned wickedly. "Yes, my lord!"
"What? Disfigure me?" Simona had felt relieved when Vincent said he wouldn't kill her, but she hadn't expected him to order Galahad to ruin her face. For her, her appearance was more important than life itself.
Galahad drew a sharp dagger and stared at Simona coldly. "I advise you not to resist, or it will only be more painful for you."
For Galahad, no one could show disrespect to the King Arthur.
Simona trembled in fear at Galahad's words, seeing him as a terrifying demon.
"Stay away from me! Don't come any closer!" she screamed in terror, turning to run.
But how could an untrained woman escape Galahad? He smirked and swiftly caught up to her.
"Please, let me go! The Joseph family won't hold it against you!" Simona begged desperately, realizing escape was impossible.
"Offending my lord is unforgivable!" Galahad snarled, his knife slashing through the air.
Simona's screams filled the room as blood poured from her face. s***h after s***h, her cries of agony echoed. Thirty seconds later, her face was a bloody, unrecognizable mess.
Galahad flicked the blood off his knife and returned to Vincent's side with a cold grunt.
Vincent looked at the mutilated Simona, his expression calm. "This is just a warning. Go back to the Joseph family in England and tell them not to mess with me, or I won't mind paying a visit to England." With that, Vincent led Galahad and the others away.
"Vincent, I'll kill you!" Simona screamed hoarsely, her voice filled with rage and pain.
…
J City was known throughout the underworld as a training ground for assassins. One-third of the country's professional killers and bodyguards were trained here.
"Boss, the Azure has fallen. Please, help me take back Nacehope City!" Tim pleaded, tears streaming down his face as he knelt before the man sitting at the head of the ancient castle hall.
After escaping Nacehope City, Tim and Tyler had endured countless hardships to reach J City. Though the Azure had been destroyed, Tim wasn't ready to give up. He sought outside help to reclaim Nacehope City.
The man sitting on the throne, dressed in an impeccable suit, was Adam Whitman, the boss of the Iron Blood Alliance. His presence was imposing, and his eyes glinted with sharp intelligence.
The Iron Blood Alliance had been founded over a century ago, once nearly toppling the government. After a civil war, the Alliance had fractured, with the Azure breaking away as a separate faction. Though the Iron Blood Alliance's power was not what it once was, it still held significant influence in J City.
Adam looked at Tim with a cold, assessing gaze. "Tim, you were once a member of the Iron Blood Alliance. You left to join the Azure. Now that the Azure is destroyed, you come to me for help? Explain yourself."
Tim heard this and instantly broke out in a cold sweat. In his younger days, he had joined the Iron Blood Alliance. However, due to internal conflicts within the alliance, he never received much recognition. Eventually, he left the and joined the Azure. This move branded him a traitor within the Iron Blood Alliance!
Tim clenched his teeth and said, "Boss, if you're willing to help me reclaim Nacehope City, I'm willing to lead the Azure back into the Iron Blood Alliance. From now on, the Azure will be part of the Iron Blood Alliance again, helping it regain its peak!"
Adam was a little moved by Tim's words. Although the Azure had been extinguished, it still had its way. With a century of history, could the Azure really be wiped out? In the South, the Azure still wielded significant influence.
The Brotherhood and the Big Four Corporations only managed to clear out the Azure's influence in Nacehope City. They lacked the capability to eliminate the Azure's influence elsewhere. If Tim was willing to lead the Azure back to the Iron Blood Alliance, the alliance's strength would undoubtedly increase!
Adam calmly said, "I can help you. But you are still a traitor to my Iron Blood Alliance, according to the gang's rules, you must undergo self-punishment!"
As Adam finished speaking, a member of the Iron Blood Alliance threw a sharp dagger in front of Tim.
Tim looked at the sharp dagger on the ground, his face pale. According to the Iron Blood Alliance's rules, traitors must stab themselves three times to a specific depth. For an ordinary person, three stabs like that would be enough to nearly kill them. But for the sake of reclaiming Nacehope City, Tim gritted his teeth and tremblingly picked up the dagger from the ground.
"Dad, you can't..." Tyler, standing beside him, saw Tim pick up the dagger and yelled anxiously.
